Just awhile ago CC Corp has just announced a version of "The World" for vista users.

You can get it at http://www.cyberconnects.com/bbs/downloads.php
1) Download the file that says "The World (Vista Version)" and unzip it
2) Then run the exe in the support folder
3) After that log in, and play!
