It's a good start. Although both characters look mad skinny and I get the feeling they are underwater. It's due in part to all those wavy lines. I can only ground myself by looking at the clock. I can feel the wind in the picture so that's a plus. Her hands are a bit weird and body proportion is a bit off. And Shizumasa's eye looks like a button. Haine's expression does not convey the seriousness of the piece. It's almost as if she's readying herself to make a speech or sing or something.
As I said before, it is a good start. Don't get angry or take offense. This is a critique. You may choose to ignore it but do not retaliate with angry words should you feel offended by my words.

hehe it is kinda bad...I'm used to drawing guys, so drawing he was difficult for me. But, this is an attempt at a study of mine...so yeah. But thanks, its good to know those things ^^

The lines are a little shaky, but it's great :3 I love the position Shizumasa-Sama is in. It makes me giggle.
