I don't really have a position in my troop at all, even though I am one of the highest rank.

Hmm, so this is the guild huh? Anyway, as for the post above mine, rank is un-important and if the hierarchy in your troop is based off it, then something is wrong. As for me, dispite my lazyness and lack of motivation, I hold a steady positon as the Phoenix Patrols leader at second class. Not only that, but I am also one of the more respected members of my troop, and happen to command as much, if not more, authority than one of my ASPL's.
