 Am I the only one that when I feel really crappy or I feel I'm going off track and I force myself to listen to Christian music or do some devotions from my book or read a religious book or anything religious that I feel a whole lot better? Course me personally I usually tend to ignore afterwards that feeling of calmness and happiness and such and of getting back on track and such. I've become so bad at letting in God just enough so I feel a bit better and then shutting him out once more but that's not what this is about.
Discussion
Ever do something Christian related when you feel down, off track, etc. and have it make you feel better?

Ok I have been raised to pretty much listen to Christian music all the time (hence why I don't swear XD) and I have taught my self to pray all the time. Even through the good times i pray and ask God to help me, I know he will so why not. However when I am down in the slumps I do ask others to pray for me.
