Ok. So I've been playing around with three books in my head for a while, and now I'm thinking about working one the one that has to do with lycans, vampires, humans, and mutants (like half human, half animals) in a post-apocalyptic senario, but here's my conundrum, I have no initial plot that's set in stone. I do have, however, all the information which I am going to put in this post. My two initial questions are:
1. Is it any good? 2. What do you think would be a good plot line?

Setting The story takes place in the lush mountain ranges of the Lupos, who was once a saint of both the lycans and the vampires, for under his reign was there finally peace in the land. When St. Lupos was assassinated, however, there became a constant debate for who killed him. The killers were never found, and the two races began to war with each other. The human race, which has extremely dwindled in size, has fled underground. They are constantly on the move.

Races/Groups Vampires: With an appearance of abnormally pale human beings, they require a feast of about 4 gallons of blood per month to sustain them. The longest known life span for a vampire was about 4,000 years according to the tombstone of Argus Whelp in St. Vincent cemetery. While some are born with the natural ability to expand a large amount of membrane and extra bone growths from their backs to form wings, many only have the racial mutations of a high endurance to pain, sonic speed, and abnormal strength. Only one creature on earth was meant to destroy vampires and that's the spawn of one and a human; a Dhampir. The vampiric communities live in social classes much like a feudal system.
Werewolves (Lycans): Lycans have a more natural look to them then the vampire's unnatural beauty and grace, and enjoy mingling with the humans a bit before picking them off over the space of many months. It takes the sharing of the two people's blood to turn the human into a lycan and, for a while, their changing does depend upon the moon's phases until they can control it. Their social status starts with six of the greatest, oldest, and most powerful Alphas, the Great Whites. Under them you have High alphas, who watch over from three to six werewolf territories, Alphas, the high wolf in a territory, Betas, who are the Alphas second in command, and then the packs who serve under the Alphas. (Well, guaranteed if you think that silver shite works all the time, you're dead wrong. Silver's only a catalyst to a poison that's already in their blood. That poison is the reason why they change, you know. The muscles need a jump start to shift, but with the silver, it starts it up too much and basically everything starts to burst. Not that any of the higher ones would actually let you. The crossbow 'n guns are dead giveaways.)
Humans: Humans have been agreed upon by all scientists around the world to be the dumbest creatures on earth and should be treated like livestock. (Sadly the only scientists to debate otherwise, are all dead.) Humans, who once dominated the planet, were completely destroyed during the First Age. (AKA about 2406 AD) Now their only chance of survival is running from one cave to another in a very brashed attempt to hide from the dangers lurking above. Human Mutagents: These creatures were the result of the radiation that effected those humans who were unprotected and survived through the First Age. Because of the radioactive beams, they triggered their cells to degenerate into more primal and animalistic forms. They come in all breeds, and both the Vampires and the Lycans want to have them removed from the earth, lest they contaminate their source of food and spread their pathogens on.
Moon Rogues: "The shadows"as they are also called are a small, eliet group of mercinaries that work from all sides. Their goal is to one day bring the races to a peace, but until that happens, they just focus on keeping the bodies comming. As a solom vow every shadow made upon being asked to join, they hide everything that shows what race they really are, so that if one was ordered to kill another, then they wouldn't make attachments and they wouldn't be prejudiced to the other clans.

Major Cities; The largest underground cities are Shang-gri-la in China province, and Xion located somewhere in North America. the largest lycan capitols are Luposto in Italy province and Artimecian, Americore. (Central America) the largest vampiric states are Vladili, Transylvania and Salem Massachusetts.
Major Accomplishments in the Wars: A few lycan scientists have developed a pill in the past fifty years that concentrates UV rays into a core that burst strength and senses for the space of a few hours. the long term effect is that the subject can become highly addicted and easily die from overdose. The capsule's case is a hardened holy water shell that is harmless to non-vampires.
The vampires have a few specimens of these pills and are working on a serum more suited for their purposes. The work is still in progress.
