I saw Flogging Molly yesterday night and DAMN it was better then last time I saw them.

I tell you the long version, so sit down kiddies

First of all it's like 30 degress here in New York so there's that question of what to wear. I can't very much die outside online but what happens when I go in? It's a sweat factory in there! Got that solved, three sweaters. They stay fine around my waist... until the fifth song. Had a bit of a struggle to get it back up and set it behind the barricade.

Sorry, no pictures. I went alone and I don't want to bother with a camera myself.

Anyways, I went after school and even though we took our sweat time, going to the book store, eating and such we still manage to be the 2nd person on the line. Lawl

The fircking tour bus was parked rightoutside the door. It's like, they're in there... so warm... so close but so far away.

I forgot if it was Dennis or Bob who left to got shopping and came back with a baby suit thingy with the ACDC logo on it. On stage later on Dave said that a few weeks ago his wifey gave brith. Awesome.

Of course Denis like always hung around and chatted with people. I didn't want to bother him, I already have a picture with him and he already signed my harmonica.

Normally I don't like the opening bands but this time (this tour) had really good ones. Like there were mosh pits by the second act. Really good stuff the kind I listen to at home. The 3rd act was good but not the sort of dance like crazy in public but listen at home while working on stuff music. Everyone thought otherwise though. At one point me and some others in the front helped the lead signer of the band down into the crowd where we had a 'sing a long' together. He and some others all sat down on the floor of the crowd.

Of course the gaurds started getting paranoid and the second he stood up a mosh pit form around him. I was tempted to join but I didn't want to loose my place at the barricade. Good thing I didn't!

The event gaurds where very nice to use. They talked with us in the front, play danced and between songs would pour water into our mouths. Sometimes splashed water on us too. So nice. 3nodding

Off stage I saw either Bob or Denis kept shining a flash light into the Badger's eyes.

And you know, flogging molly come on stage, the world explodes.

At one point the girl next to me gets nicked in the nose and starts bleeding. We had the hint it might have happened because the b*****d next to her was just going stupid with the arms. The gaurds were about to get her out but damn if she was! They gave her water but no good. The Badger came down and took the dude out. Before the show he had came down before and talked to him so now he was just pissed. The girl gave off a lot of blood. Bridget leaned over the stage and handed her one of the band's towels and a carona (beer). I saw that even Dave was leaned over the looking at her (whilst singing and playing) They all continues playing while it was happening but still stared. XD

When the song was over Dave gave her a shout out and talked to her and stuff. Then he was like 'who think she deserves a Genusis? (beer)'. And so she got one. Then Dave was like 'this songs for (I forgot her name).' and they played 'the worst day since yesterday'. LAWL

At the end of the show Denis threw me a set list. heart Then he came down and ran along the barricade and shook our hands. Then he made a second run along and he grabed me head and kissed my forehead

Seems like a really good show. The event guards were a lot friendlier where you were. Ours were mean & really pushy. Never gave us water either.
