I'm getting this a lot when I post.
I'm assuming it will pass on shortly, but in the meantime rest assured that at least in my experience, the post is being sent through despite the message.
Try hitting the Back button on your browser until you reach the page you posted on and refreshing. Should be there.

Same problem here. I think it's a problem with the guilds system, since I'm getting it in other guilds too.
