Hello, and welcome to the Easter Gifting!
You may recognize us from Cupiding, Elving, and even a few of us from Ghosting!
We are the group "The Greatest Gift of All".

Before we explain to those of you who don't know what we're about, we'd like to get a few things straight.
Yes, here comes that horrible part called ...

THE RULES.

o0. Follow the ToS (duh.)

o4. No begging. This is a thread for generous GIFTERS, not beggars.
o5. No spamming//Excessive advertising.
o6. Have a problem with someone? Just have a question? PM The GGOA Female or The GGOA Male.
o7. Please, let us handle any conflicts in the thread.
o8. No bumping UNLESS you are the only person active in the thread at the time.
o9. We do have a guild. Do NOT request to be invited.
We will be inviting active people to our guild when the event is over.

You may wonder "What is Easter Gifting?"
Well, we had so much fun doing Cupiding that we couldn't resist doing it for Easter!
Easter Gifting is where you send an Easter gift (wishlist items, eggs, bunnies, pink, yellow, green & brown items) ANONYMOUSLY to a friend!
Once they've been gifted, or "found the easter basket", they go and do the same to someone else.
Oh, and it is fun to gift newbies as well!

Please make sure that you use one of the next 3 messages when you gift some one; this is so that nobody gets confused, and we keep the chain going. heart

Congrats, with this you just won a special anonymous gift from someone. You know the Easter Bunny never tells where he comes from! He spreads the joy and fun to people so you should do the same! ANONYMOUSLY gift someone with a Easter themed gift and copy&paste this same message!

Before you PM us with your questions, read this first, please!

Do I have to be gifted with an Easter Basket before I can go and gift someone else?
No! Go ahead and gift as many people as you like, just make sure you use the message heart

Can I just send something random, then?
No. Please send them something nice heart Meaning - no trash/starter clothes/ whatever.
Something Easter-like or something from their wishlist.

When will this end?

Being on this list does not make you better than anyone else in the thread; it just means that you know more about how things are around here than others.

Ghosting
Began: Oct. 1, o7
Ended: Nov. 1, o7

Ghosting was the very first Event we had.

It started out as a small idea of Snorpy's, who wanted to start a gift-giving thread, but with a Halloween twist based on a tradition she had in her old neighborhood.
The thread got up to only 21 pages, but it sparked many new ideas of events for Christmas!

Elving
Began: Nov. 2o, o7
Ended: Jan. 1, o8

Elving was a huge hit!

This event was also started by Snorpy, and reached a grand total of 572 pages!
We met tons of new awesome people, and we decided from there to start our Greatest Gift of All guild to keep in touch.

Cupiding
Began: Feb. o1, o8
Ended: Feb. 15, o8
Cupiding melted all hearts!
With this event we started our great entry as the GGOA Guild and reached 758 pages!
We got to know a number of awesome people, had a lot of fun and our guild started growing as well.
