Well, it seems I did in fact know a wolf back in high school.
It turns out that a friend from high school, that I could be roommates with here very soon, believes he was a wolf in a past life.
He doesn't like to bring it up, but thinks it was rather neat that I believe I'm a dragon and kitsune. Hopefully we could talk about that more, and hopefully soon we can be roommates. He plans to move out of his current place here in about a month... perhaps I could get things ready by that time.
Discuss...? Either people you knew that were 'kin, would guess were kin, or perhaps offer questions I could ask this person?

Back when I believed I was an angelic there was a kid at my high school who believed he was a wolf, er something. We had different social commitments so we never talked.

I don't think that the questions are as important as the initial breaking the ice. I know from experience how hard it is to open up face-to-face about things that not very many people understand. It's awkward, even if both parties are on the same page.
Once you get past that I think everything will be fine.
EDIT: Dang, I didn't notice that this thread was two years old. Either way, I think my advice still applies for circumstances like this.
