this is a lvl 10 campaign.
there is one rule besides this:no magic.
any magic items are considered psionic, and SR is changes to PR.
and DR that is DR ?/magic is DR?/power.
dice rolls are: roll a d20 for each stat, reroll anything lower than 10. 1 bonus reroll after to replace a previous.

Can I be a binder from the tomb of magic? They don't use magic, they use supernatural abilitys

yeah, they arnt affected by anti magic fields, so you could technically be a true namer or a shadow caster as well.

All right then, anything else I may need to know for this campange. Also, I am a little Binder Obsessed, so I have some vestiges from the Dungion and Dragons magazines. And I have a book based on it called the "Secrets of pact magic" I was wondering if I could use that book too?

umm, hows about 50k gold pieces.
but there are restrictions on items.
the total enhancements and abilities on items add up to +6(for all of them)
and a max cost of 3000 for all other items.

I must remind you that the soul knife is a race. The only classes available are rouge, warrior, and some form of samurai from the oriental adventures book.
