I really dont care much about what you do because I think your all responsible enough to not do something stupid.
Rules:
1. no killing people unless its ok with the other person.
2. no fighting someone who isnt there.
3. if your gone, then you get put to sleep. so please say when your just going to fall to the ground.
4. if I or one of my crew tell you something, its law. just do it.
5. the original psychics from my RP are the most powerful. they cant be killed, so just stop trying to plot against them to take their powers.

ok, yes there are limits. those who are new (didnt join my thread scream stare ) are the next generation. *sigh* doesnt anyone read the home page anymore? anyways....this RP happens 3 years after the thread. our extensive use of powers in training, and shards that werent embedded in people (means they cant be fully powered, but can be used like the monks and the tutor used theirs. have to be found and picked up.) anyways, it gave off a type of radiation that seeped into people, making newbies. so instead of just the original 8 (even though some people werent played) now there can be as many as wanted of any kind. the original ones are going to train them....or beat them to a pulp for being obnoxious or whatever. anyways, some people are deffective (I'll pm you later if you are wink ) basically you get different kinds of powers, baised off the normal ones, only darker. ( you can also pm me I suppose if you want it) basically you'd be the bad guy. now even though your deffective, it comes out at different times. you can choose when, but, once you pop you just cant stop.period.

yes there are limits. people who are new ( new people who didnt join my thread scream stare ) will be like we were in the thread, only this time no tutor. we are going to teach them....or choose to beat the tar and feathers outa them. read front page. over use of powers in trianing, shards hiden everywhere (ones not embedded in people, so that means they could have been picked up or not. whatever. basically it'd be the same to use as the monks, only their shards are bigger, and have one of each. balanced and powerful) tainted everyone giving people powers when they shouldnt have. basically awakened powers that were innate to them even if they didnt have the power to use it. some will also have a twisted version of it. (I'll pm you about it or you can pm me about it if you want) basically bigger, faster to acquire the power, and darker. these be bad guys. 3nodding
