While this recipe involves a lot of chopping and dicing, it's a real gem if you want to impress people with a homemade salsa!
Ingredients:
8-10 roma tomatoes 1 small, sweet onion 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves 1 can black beans 1 small can corn, white or yellow tabasco sauce, to flavor garlic powder, to flavor salt, to flavor
Directions:
Dice tomatoes and put in medium-sized container. Chop onion and cilantro, add to tomatoes. Drain and rinse beans and corn, add to bowl. Add a few dashes of red or green tabasco sauce (depending on how spicy you like). Add up to 1 teaspoon of garlic powder for flavor. Add a few dashes of salt, to flavor. Stir well, let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour. Enjoy with favorite corn chips!
This recipe is also a very colorful one...makes for a beautiful addition to the dinner table!
