Let's all discuss where our ancestors came from, or what our heritage is, huh?
I'll start with an odd combination: Irish and Polish.
Now, Ireland is awesome, and so is Poland, but if you combine the stereotype of Irish people being heavy drinkers with the stereotype of Polish people being stupid, you get someone who is a stupid drinker!
BINGO!

Dominantly, African-American and several Native American tribes (Lakota being one of them biggrin ). I believe there maybe a bit of Irish and German in there too.

i really dont know my ancestory though
there could be some spanish, some japanese, chinese, and other east asian...but i dont know :]

What the crap, Debi got the first Asian post? Filipino is considered Asian.
100% Chinese (Taiwanese origin).
Wow, am I also the first who's like, not a mix of ethnicities? I'd never have suspected!

Sorry, just slightly confused...
I think my dad is Polish and my mother is Irish. Although, my father has a bit of Irish, too, so I'm more Irish than Polish. >_>
My last name is Sledgeski. Try and pronounce it. XD

Most of my ancestors are Irish, Scottish and English, basically Great Brittain. One of my ancestors that I do know about, lived in Pennsylvania around 1796 and he owned a mill.

Well my Grandma is from Okinawa which now technically belongs to Japan. My Grandpa is French and Italian, but the Italian part is actually from Rovinj Croatia, back when it still belonged to Italy. That's all from my mom's side of the family.
As for my dad's... Well back in the day when Kings ruled the world and America was still unknown to all my family lived in Scotland. Then the King decided to do their religious persecution things and because the king of Ireland decided to give us free land, we all scampered over to Ireland. But then religious persecution reached us there as well and the King of England was giving away free land in the New World, and off we scampered to the New World in the South Carolina colony.
Ya... That be my family history and heritage XD

Oh hell I'm such a mutt... *takes a deep breath*
Okay well from my mothers side. She her self was born in Canada as was both of my grandparents. However my great grandfather was originally from Germeny (or russia she can't recall) and her grandmother from england. Now past this is where it gets a little unsure of the details. It's rumored that my great grandparents parents had fled from their original countries to do some ties in with pirates and vikings. As to weather my great great grandparents or anyone before that was a pirate? Unknown however we have this one thing that's been passed through generation to generation to prove that we have a bloodline that belonged under the vikings line.
As for my biological fathers side. This too is difficult to know because I have very little to do with them. However my father was born in Canada and so where his parents however prior to this it's unsure. Once again we have a rumor, this one being that one of my great grandmothers was first nations. Either black foot, or some other colony. However due to the harsh reality of wedding a Native American, and the "shame" it brought to the family. Any proof of this being true in my family has been covered up and/or totally deleted. Anything past this is unknown and been destroyed. The rumor to this is because of the thick military blood that floors through the family history (so I've been told).
