"Garth Marenghi's Darkplace" was a spoof comedy show that was meant to have been made in the 80's though it was actually made in 2004, it's set in a hospital that is supposed to have an open hell mouth in it so all kinds of weird supernatural stuff happens there. It's really hard to explain if you haven't seen it, there are lots of clips on youtube though if you are interested.
It hasn't been shown on television as much as it deserved to be it starred lots of actors who later went on to bigger things such as Richard Ayoade (from the IT crowd and the Mighty Boosh) Julian Barrett (you all know who he is) and Matt berry (see my signature) Noel Fielding even makes an appearance in one episode (I know you all know who he is lol).
I know it has been shown on American TV as my friend watches it I'm finding out what channel now I think it's called "adult swim" but I'll confirm that. When it was shown on British TV it was shown on Channel 4.

To correct the poll I think you need to remake it.
However, we shall just live with it. blaugh
Lol, I actually just made a mistake also. I'm a crew member so I can edit posts, delete them, remove/move threads etc. Power!
Anyway, I accidentally clicked edit instead of quote. I've sorted it now though lol.

It's not the best episode there are funnier ones, but the first episode introduces all the characters so it's good to watch it. I don't think he's meant to be as good as Stephen King, he just thinks he is, in fact he probably thinks he's better. lol

I would indeed join a garth Marenghi's dark place guild but I don't think we'd have many members.
I don't know why Channel 4 hasn't repeated it and also Man to Man With Dean Learner. They've repeated everything else they've made. mad
