so recently i got a job and ive decided that now i can afford some of the brilliant shows that i couldnt afford before. along with doctor who (the classic stories, mind you) i purchased the complete jeeves and wooster with my last paycheck.

here are the shows that im going to purchase eventually (some my family might get for me as my birthday is the 30th whoo 18th XD and of course i will get geeky stuff. its the inevitable)

i think ill prolly just list shows:
little britain
Blackadder
young ones
full bottom
are you being served
father ted
bit of fry & laurie
ripping yarns
do not adjust your set
at last the 1948 show

ok and i guess some movies:

the kids are alright
isle of wight
beatles anthology
across the universe
brazil
baron of munchausen
jabberwocky
fierce creatures
1776

x3 a vast majority of that is british based. i will, of course, stave off on the are you being served as its soooo expensive x3 i do love mr humphries though poor thing. im mulling over whether to get blackadder or bit of fry & laurie next but i think im going to get fry & laurie first. its about $20 cheaper x3 more in my price range right now and would upset my mom less but we'll see. i would get things like life on mars, dead ringers and the mighty boosh but apparently bbc doesnt see fit to release to america just yet D:<

ps last poll option long but amusing XD

If you can find Baron Muncheuson on DVD let me know as I couldn't when I looked for it a while back. I want Father Ted on DVD too it was such a great show, shame the guy who played father Ted died like that and they couldn't make anymore sad You can understand why though, it wouldn't be the same with a different bloke.

I've just found Baron Munchausen on Amazon too, I t wasn't out a few years ago so I'm glad. It's a 20th anniversary edition too which makes me feel old as I can remember it coming out. mrgreen
