Oto stood in the center of the arena, waiting for his opponent.

((For my hand's sake, i will start using Oto rather than Otokage in most situations))

Battles were puzzles. Find all the pieces, and an inquisitive mind could put them together to forge victory from the shards of even the most seemingly inevitable defeat. Westly was unfamiliar with Otokage, but he hoped to add another win to his record.

"Better to watch and wait," thought Westly, as he headed up to the Arena stands. "Shin could very well win, but if he doesn't, he'll stay up long enough for Oto to tilt his hand. Then I pounce."

Shin looked to the corner of his eye only to see Weastly. He didn't want to risk the exposure of his Techniques, to either Oto or Westly through out this match, so he would keep it cool for now. He got up from the ground after a few minutes of stretching and looked towards Oto. “You can make up the terms...”

Shin performed a sequence of hands seals while keeping eye contact with Oto, but there was a short pause and nothing seemed to happen as though it may seem, but there was more to that “short pause” than meets the eye. Shin performed yet another string of seals and called out “Doton- hebi no Jutsu!” As those words were said the earth began to rumble a bit then all of a sudden a giant snake head made of dirt and mud of course shot out from the ground towards Oto's direction. This jutsu left a sizable hole in the ground, and a pile of rubble from where it emerged from. Hopefully this technique will distract Oto a bit. Shin will close the mouth of the snake if Oto is caught by it.

Shin quickly rose his right hand up in front of his face with his index and middle finger pointing upwards. For a split second Shin vanished from sight only to reappear standing right in front of Oto with a Kuni plunged into the direction of his stomach. Oto will feel a blast of pain and the shock of being stabbed. Hopefully this would leave Oto momentarily distracted, perhaps even momentarily paralyzed with terror, thus giving Shin the perfect opportunity to deliver his real blow. He then made two hand seals and suddenly one earth clone rose from the ground standing next to him.

though the genjutsu should wear off by now it will be almost impossible for Oto to recover from that traumatic view of pain in such a short period of time to doge or do any thing at the moment.

Shin reached into his weapons pouch and handed the Clone a Kunai, after that was dealt with he then dashed towards Oto and ran behind his back. Shin brought his arms around Oto’s Waist, he would use his Strength and weight to pick Oto from off the ground, quickly arching his back in an attempt to cause Oto to land on either his head or Shoulders. This Technique is known as the “German Suplex” or “back suplex.” If this move was to fail the clone will back Shin up if things go wrong.The clone gripped its Kunai ready to strike at any moment nessacary.

~Interrupt attack~I believe.

Shin knew something bad was going happen when Oto melted in the ground; he quickly stood from the ground only to see two clones standing right in front of him, but Before The Clones could begin their assault, the clone Shin had produced early Step in front of him, guarding him from the clones heavy furry of slashes. The earth clone blocked a few hits from the swords but couldn’t take no more, it turned into a pile of mud as it was Slashed out of existence. Shin dashed back a few feet from the clones and performed a string of seven hand signs, doing so he jumped into the air as high as he can and slams both of his palms on the ground, he yelled out "Earth element Tectonic Plate Fissure" . The earth then begins to groan and crack, splitting open rapidly in a wide fissure, approximately 20 feet wide and 40 feet long and 30 feet deep(think when sakura punched the ground while kakshi was hideing, but less drastic). This technique will hopefully throw the clones off balance and make Oto come from out of hiding. As there is a huge hole that was just created in his direction.

As the ground began to groan and crack, it completely shattered leaving a sizable hole where Oto was hiding. Shin thought he was in the clear but suddenly two golden needles came towards his direction, he dashed to the side but they kept its course towards him, he raised both of his arms to block the needle, he could feel them piercing his soft fleshy skin. He winced in pain as he pulled the needles out from his arms and threw on the ground. Shin could have used a replacement jutsu but he did not want to use unnecessary amounts of chakra. Shin reached into his weapons pouch on the right side of his hip and grabbed two kunai wrapped with exploding notes, he flung them on the ground instead directly at Oto, As this was the proper way to use a kunai with an exploding tag on it.
