There was a reason I invited you. I go through people's posts, see how they interact with people and consider them. You were one of them. So, yay and welcome! I hope you find this guild enjoyable and useful in one manner or another

Its good that you are deleting the people that don't bother to keep this guild active
Most Captains of most guilds do not do that, they don't take the time, because they are lazy
and the guild dies down
I think its great smile

I think deleting inactive members is a more productive approach. I feel it makes your guild look bad if you have so many members who have never posted, but if you keep the ones who enjoy your guild and post frequently, no matter the number of members, people who honestly want to join may be more interested.
(and as for the person in another post who said it's a bad idea to do so, I atleast give it a good few weeks to see if those particular people bother. If not, and I know they're on, they're gone. Good method if you ask me)

Well it also shows a lack of commitment to the guild
And it shows the captain isn't serious about it
and if the captain isn't serious then other people won't be either
I've seen so many guilds fall because of their captains inability to keep the guild running
