I like NikeBauer the best. Partly because of Eric Lindros and partly because I am related to it's founder.

Nike actually sold Nike Bauer. It was reported like 2 months ago.

I am not sure when the logo will dis continue.

Anywho my favourite brand got bought out by RBK.
It was Koho. Now my favourite brand would have to be CCM.

Stick wise, A Nike Bauer Supreme One90 is my favorite.

Skates wise, RBK 9K Pump owns all.

And Protection wise... I don't really know...

I really liked the Jofa brand of equipment. I then switched to KOHO and they made some great quality equipment. I especially enjoyed my shoulder pads, in which I had for several years and even through the wear and tear, it lasted until I grew out of it.

CCM have always been my favorite brand for skates. I don't think I've ever had a pair that weren't of the CCM brand.

As for sticks. I've never been more impressed, in the wooden stick department, with the Mark Recchi Nike Stick I had. It lasted me three years, and held strong through all the slappers I took at the point. After the three years, the blade completely snapped off and came close to hitting someone in the stands. As for the composite sticks, I have a RBK Acuflex 4K Stick with a Pavel Datsyuk curve. It amazes me how light this thing is, and I can take lightning quick wrist shots. I've actuallly been practicing alot with this one, and it's so easy to snap a shot off the inside of the cross-bar and in. Of course, aim and precision is needed, but if you have that, then it's no problem. And with this stick, it makes it that much easier.

They are still pumping out equipment. A new helmet, new stick, new gloves and new skates all came out after the sale. They still use the NikeBauer logo so I used it in the poll.

The new skates the one95's were made because players thought the Vapor XXXX's looked too futuristic and they wanted something more traditional. More info here:

Yes they still make equipment but there is a set date when they will stop.

I have a question about your poll,

How come Jofa, CCM, and RBK are all under one?

Reebok owns or is partnered with them all.

It appears Theo Fleury will be launching his own line of hockey equipment. It will be called FAKE.

And no I'm not kidding. FAKE stands for Fleury's Artists Custom Enterprises.
