this is my first topic so please comment on anything that i did wrong, thank you. The more i have read the more i have learned that in the fantasy worlds there are many diffrent creatures and spirits. They range from the mighty dragon to the small but agile forest sprite. I want to know what your favorite creature is in any fantasy world and why.

I like lots of creatures but my favorite would have to be the werecat because they are so mysterious.

Sidhe all the way! smile I love faeries in general because they're beautiful, mischeivious, and elusive. However, the sidhe in particular of the fey have real power, and don't merely flit around and look pretty.

I'm kind of partial to phoenixes, but I don't really have a favorite per say. Dragons are nice as well.

I think I'm partial to any anmal that talks and is not "supposed " to
ex. the Companions in Mercedes Lackey's books or the Ghatta's in Gayle Greeno's books

dragons and wizards....withes too.but not the ugly ones like in the old fairy tales. i'm talking about the more modern ones. the good,pretty and magical kinds.
