Alright any horror/scary game suggestions? , all I have is Silent Hill 3 and 4 for the Playstation. F.E.A.R for the 360 and Condemned 2 for the 360 also.

Go for Silent Hill 2 :3 It's for the PS2 and the X-Box (Try to get thte Greatest Hits version if you can for the PS2)

Also, I loved Rule of Rose though the combat sucked

If you want a really creepy game.
Then you should check out Dark Fall: The Journal.
Really creepy made in England game that takes place in an abandoned train station hotel.
You can hear knockings on the hotel rooms doors and see that there is nobody there when you open the doors.
