Alley to Between is a location in The City That Never Was. It hides a portal to Betwixt and Between. The alley way connects to the main route that leads to the fallen castle that once served as a base for the old organization.

After battling a massive onslaught of Heartless within the corridor of darkness, Zenious stepped forward from the portal followed by his accomplice. "He then made his way passed the gothic like buildings that loomed over them as guardians of the streets. "So where to now Hoax, you do know that we can't stay in this place for long right..." Zenious reminded him as they continued through the streets. His cloak now dragging behind in the puddles of water that were constantlly building from the continuous rain that fell. "I understand where you're coming from Hoax. Its just that the darkness is like fire, you play with it too long and you're bound to get burned just as your friend did." Zenious said as they moved about through the streets.

Hoax came walking out of the dark corridor. Hoax's keyblade was still on his shoulder but he did fighter a large amount of heartless in the dark corridor. Out of Hoax's 3 nobodies only one of them survived. Hoax's nobodies were the type of nobodies that would take any attack for Hoax. Hoax sighed and then said to Zenious after they stood in the alley way.
"I know we can't stay here long the darkness here is stronger than in other places. From here we will go there."
After Hoax said there he pointed towards the big heart in the sky. Under the big heart in the sky stood the old Organization XIII building. This building was the closest to Kingdom Hearts than anything. Though most people who come here would be swollowed by the darkness more than anything. Hoax had stopped while he pointed to Kingdom Hearts.
"You right the darkness is like fire. If you play with it to long you will get burned. I choose to do this though for the sake of a friend. The light and darkness are not really a side to me there are the balance of power. If one tilts more to one side the other side will suffer and vice-versa. The nobodies make up the part in the middle that keeps both of the sides at balance. In the end the nobodies are more suited to die above anything but its all to keep the balance of power far. I have decided to do what I can to help my friend come back. Like I said I would be willing to give up my life to do it."
Hoax then started walking again. In the end he knew his fate and he knew what he had to do in order to bring his friend back. Hoax just contined to walk threw the alley way towards memory skyscaper.

"Well Hoax, if thats what it means to you in saving your friend, then we will move forward and make sure we just do that. End the end, all you need to do is keep that promise not only for me, but for the rest of the nobodies that are with me." Zenious continued on the side of Hoax as they both headed for Memories Skyscraper. "All I'm saying is that it would be pointless in saving him and destroying yourself in the process. In the end you would accomplish nothing. Just as if I challenged those of the darkness for my heart without proper knowledge of doing it would be for nothing. We have to work together with this, before you go down the path of obliteration to whats left of you." Zenious explained as they now reached Memories Skyscraper.
