The Third District is the smallest district of all three and it is also overrun with heartless. There is a small vacant house that is close to the door to the second district. There is a golden fountain there in the center of the third district that has water coming from it. The door to the first district is locked most of the time but it can also be opened if you really want to get threw it. There is also a big door that can't be opened unless you have a special type of magic that will open it and its the same door that leads to the magicians area were Merlin and the fairy godmother are located.

As Aza entered the dark alleys and solemn streets, only a faint snickering could be heard. Aza removed his cloak, revealing his elegant Ariot Pistola, both holstered at the front of his dueling belt. He drew his left one, keeping it at his waist, pointing at the ground. A flicker of movement caught his eye, inside the north-eastern corridor, which led back to Traverse Town. He turned the corner, only to find a Heartless scampering toward the entrance to Traverse town. It was roughly 200 meters away, and it was only a few seconds away from entering the Town. He shot, then holstered. The loud pop startled the goblin, and it turned to investigate, only to find a small ball of energy zoom through where it's heart used to be, obliterating it instantly. It's horrific scream did more then burn Aza's eardrums. Fifty or so Heartless crawled out of shadows and abandoned houses, snarling at Aza with vicious eyes. He grinned fiendishly, grabbing the strap that connected to his armor's breast plate, and undoing it. The giant clothed object on his back immediately unwrapped itself, revealing it's beautiful blade, and futuristic structure. He did a wheel kick, flipping it up into the air, and caught it at the hilt. He slashed away at the minor Heartless, each blow sparking a mystic light source. After he thought everything had been dealt with, sweat puring down the sides of his face, a great roar could be heard for miles.

"Nice marksman going there youngster. However, I bet you can't overpower old Shard of the engineer shop in a duel."
The man said walking towards the young Aza with his hands behind his head raising an eye brow at the man's progress against the heartless. He was fascinated of the man at such a high skill in fighting.
"I've never seen you around these parts youngster, what part of town are you?"
The man asked

Aza holstered his guns, then looked at the man over his shoulder saying," My name is unimportant, but I need you to get to somewhere safe." He walked silently away from the old man, towards the source of the sharp, yet loud roar.

"Hmph, a rude little fella are you?"
The old man grunted. He then looked up at him once glancing at him from head to toe. The man's clothing was slightly different, it seemed as though he wasn't from these parts.
"The least you could do is tell me where you're from? Traveling around these parts could indeed rouse suspicion don't you think?

Making her way through the third district toward the train station, Sena stumbled upon the sight of two gentle men conversing in the alley. She paused slightly, looking between the two as their conversation grew a bit more heated. Her scraped knees were starting to run with blood but she didn't seem to notice, too caught in what she saw to pay any attention to it. It wasn't the conversation that had caught her so much as the two conversing, and even then one of them still did not strike her interest, it was the other who had caught her eye. His clothes, his accent, the way he fought, he seemed like a foreigner to her, it was intriguing. With her feet nearly cemented from walking a step closer to the train station without investigating him, she came closer to them, nervous with ever step. She slowly pushed passed the townsman, not finding him of interest when she'd seen him wandering the town many times before. She stepped closer to the other one, cautious though she did not stop. Her timid eyes looked up to his, staring into them. He looked so pure to the eyes, though that may not have been the case, she couldn't be sure. Without giving a care for the black shadows that lingered around them, she came within reaching distance of him, her timid gaze not leaving his eyes. She wasn't sure just what thing about him intrigued her most, but it seemed as though his eyes were the most euphoric thing in sight, and it made her all the more curious. She didn't think of the possibility that she might have been getting to close, the fact that she didn't know him at all, her curiousity for someone so interesting had taken over. With shaking fingers, she reached up slightly to touch him, wanting to feel the texture of his skin and hair, to know if it was as interesting as it looked. To any other persons eyes he must have just looked like a stragler or a weary traveler but to Sena, with her restless mind questing to know all she can, he was a mystery that she wanted to solve. Those thoughts did not kill a bit of her shy and timid side but they stretched her curiousity much farther than she could probably afford. She wanted to know every detail about someone so mysterious. The thought of the townsman there had suddenly disappeared, and she was stuck, gazing into his perfect eyes like the idiot she often thought herself to be.

Aza, swift as ever, caught the girl's hand, smiling. His gentle touch was very surprising, since his strong physique was overwhelming;y noticeable. He looked at the girl, her silver hair catching the luminescent light in every strand, then released her hand, placing it near her side. "You need to find a safe place as well, although you're well equipped and probably capable." Aza caught himself before saying what was in his mind. He realized that she was probably the most beautiful thing he had ever seen in this harsh galaxy. He wished for her to stay by his side, but he could not endanger such a gorgeous being, especially one as young as him. He had to let go. "Find shelter old man. I will not ask you again. This place is dangerous, and I was ordered to clear the area before engaging it. Aza's stride quickly went from a mild walk to a jog, afraid to look back, afraid that his face would show through his Soldier Veneer. HE simply ran deeper into the darkness, without a second thought.

Sena shook her head quickly, refussing to hide like he'd asked. "I'd rather not. I can keep safe, please let me--" but she stopped, realizing he had already turned his back to leave. She reached her hand out to him, wanting to grab hold of him and get him to come back. He was already out of reach. Without a second thought, she hurried after him, forgetting all about how she was supposed to be going after the boy who'd stolen an item from the accesory shop. She followed Aza for a while, unable to hold back her curiousity for him. She wanted to see his eyes, those beautiful, unique eyes that made her so lost inside herself. He was still out of her reach, nearly out of sight, but not out of ear shot. She couldn't hold back, and when she didn't stand a chance at reaching him with the way he ran ahead of her, she had to say something. "Please, at least tell me your name!" she called, hoping he would turn around just long enough for her to see his euphoric, shimmering eyes before he completely disappeared from sight. He was far too intriguing, too otherworldly and mysterious for her to just give up, she had to know something about him before he ran away. Even if she couldn't talk to him now, she needed to be able to find him again, to make this moment last till another time so that she could ask all her questions of him and get another chance to stare into his eyes.

Walking down the streets of the Third District, Shard had almost passed the young girl up just before stopping and glancing at her. He tilted his head downwards and clicked his shades down to take a better look at her.
"Hmm, Im sorry miss. Were you trying to call out to that good fellow that ran off into the darkness? Lots of uncomprehending things lurk behind the darkness. That's why its of course in our nature to be afraid of it just for the simple fact that the unknown lies behind it. I've seen you pass by a couple of times through the districts. How about forming a party? Traverse Town needs its protection, we might as well start out with the toughest of its residents.
Shard said extending out his hands in partner ship towards the girl. His shades now gleaming more than ever. The boy's blond hair streaked forward into straight spikes that shot over his head and his cloths were an all white urban suit. Strange how he worked underneath gummi ships and vehicle engines without getting dirty.

Sena turned to look at him, shaking her head slightly. She couldn't hold back her laughter anymore. She moved her hand to cover her mouth a slight giggle rolling off her lips. Still, it didn't cover the tears that formed in her eyes. She couldn't understand people seemed to think she was capable of fighting, she knew she'd only slow others down. She was no where near being the toughest of it's residents, she knew that for fact. She'd only wanted to help the other boy so she could stay by his side, but the comment he'd made for her to "find a safe place" was probably hitting the nail on the head with her. She wasn't denying it, she knew she wasn't good at fighting, and her magic didn't come anywhere near the expectations many people had for it, she only wished that people would realize that she wasn't all that. It was the fact that she knew it that had made her cry, she wished she could meet all their expectations but she knew she couldn't, and though she was laughing at the thought that everyone else thought she was some hero, she cried because she alone knew she wasn't. Calmly, she brushed her tears back and stopped her laughing to look him over, ignoring his extended hand for a moment. She was caught on his eyes as well, though not in the same way as she'd been caught on the other boy. This guy's eyes were half covered by his green shades, making her wonder just what he was trying to hide, to keep in or out, or if he was just wearing them for the heck of it. He was a mystery too, not one she was quite as intrigued by, but still, a mystery. She had that worldly dream, traveling everywhere, constantly going in her mind every time she was intrigued by someone. Though she'd seen this guy before, the way he'd asked her to join a party with him made her feel as though he'd traveled to other worlds which made him a mystery to her all of a sudden. There were so many possibilities, ways she could fullfill that goal of seeing every world, but she knew that none of them she could do alone. She nodded slightly, pulling her gaze off his eyes to his hand. After having taken her time, contemplating the decision of joining someone else, she grabbed his hand gently, a slight smile crossing her lips. "As long as I can see him again, I'll join you." she stated, looking back up to his eyes. She hadn't realized just how big of a height difference there was between the two. At 5'4", Sena stood almost an entire foot shorter than him, forcing her to have to look up to see his face. It was the worst angle to see his face from, mainly because she was standing nearly half way underneath of him. She didn't spend more than a second thinking about it though, knowing a proper introductiong needed to be made. "I'm Sena."

The girl's eyes were reflected from Shard's shades. From is perspective, they were the eyes of doubt of one's self. Although he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was, he knew in fact what it was he should say. Instead, he grabbed her hand and shook it gently.
"I'm Shard, nice meeting you Sena. I don't know quite what it is that's bothering you, but as long as you're with me, you don't have anything to worry about. Besides, that guy from before looks just as strong, we should make a good team. Even if you're not the battlefield type, you look like you got a good head on your shoulders."
Shard clicking his shades upward and smiling. It was a habit he had. The the reflection of the girl's eyes were now erased by the light that passed across Shard's eyes.
"Lets go find that guy. Maybe he knows something about the missing fragments. Surely we must gain them before the Void does."
Starting with the second sentence that left Shard's lips, the girl was probably drowned in confusion. Of course she wouldn't know what the hell Shard was talking about. He could be like that sometimes. Being random all of a sudden and then explaining later.
"The Void IV are a group of individuals made up of four members. The leader of these four is an entity known as the Dark Keybearer. As we all have heard of the boy who would bring salvation to the worlds, the boy who would bring destruction has gone untold. Little is known about him, and most is covered in myth. Each of them with a fighting potential to take a down an entire world with the right state of mind. As we know, the Realm of Darkness was sealed away by the King a long time ago. Dark Keybearer wishes to dye everything in his own color, thus flooding the realm of light with darkness should he reopen the doorway. The only way he could do this is by forging another key, which he already knows. Question is, who could forge a key? I haven't seen any blacksmiths around lately. And the ones that I have met, aren't capable of forging Keyblades. Only one capable of doing such a thing would be a Soul Forger, probably the one behind the Dark Keybearer's ultimate keyblade."
Shard folded his arms and tilted his head downwards while frowning slightly. His brain was pushing itself way beyond its jurisdiction now, but that didn't stop him.
"A Soul Forger. Hmmm. Anyways, we have to make sure those fragments don't fall into his hands. Im pretty sure the King himself is aware of that already. He's already sent Court Knights out to retrieve these fragments. Just when I thought I was going to finish touching up the engine on my new ride. Ah well, I guess it can't be helped. At least one good thing still remains. I'll still get to find blue prints across the worlds. Maybe I'll strike gold, who knows."

Aza turned sharply down a narrow alley just as he heard the girl's voice. He stopped for a moment, hesitant of turning back. He decided it would be best if he just forgot the girl all together. He did, despite his feelings, leave a small piece of paper attached to a sign in the middle of the Third District's Main Street, almost positive that she would find it if she kept following. The note read:
"Before I take my leave, I wanted to you to know that my name is Aza. I am a soldier in the Court Guard, and after this assignment that I am on, I will return to Ivalice, at Fort Donald. You will find me there, either in the Courtyard or in my dorm. I may not be staying there long, so make haste. I need to leave, now. My dearest wishes to you."
Your new acquaintance, Aza of the 13th Court Guard Squads
Aza climbed an apartment's fire escape, reaching the top in a matter of seconds, then strode from roof to roof, searching for the Giga Heartless.

Sena nodded slightly, wanting to follow after the boy as quick as she could. As soon as Shard had suggested they find him, she was running in the direction he'd disappeared to, wanting to see if she could find him again. She hadn't seen any way he might have turned, but she had to assume he had gone down the main street. As she nearedthe center of the street, she paused, winded from her sudden run forward in hopes of catching up to him, though she'd known when she started that that was more than likely not going to happen. She looked around from where she stood, hoping to catch a glimpse of him. Nothing. Instead, a small piece of paper on one of the signs caught her eye. She glanced behind her to see if the other guy, Shard, was still following her. If they were a party she didn't want to lose him. As soon as she could see the white on the sleeve of his jacket, she went and took the note from the sign, reading it to herself. She stood in silence for a minute, repeating the words on the note in her head as she stared at it. A shy smile came to her lips as she muttered out the name he'd given her. "Aza." Her lips formed around the name like they were a piece of candy she'd been waiting so long to get. Her smile gleamed and she gently folded the note, placing it in the pocket inside her sleeve. She then ran over to Shard, unable to hold back her joy at finding this new information. No wonder he had perplexed her so, he was from another world after all. A slight blush caught her cheeks and she turned her gaze to the ground, realizing just how odd it was to be so excited about one person. She'd never liked anyone like that yet one person had already gotten her flustered over just finding out his name. That was embarasing to her, to be acting like that when all she knew was his name and a few select facts that really didn't give her much information about who he was.

Reading the sign as well, Shard pondered to himself as he followed behind Sena.
"Hmm, Court Guard Squads. Sounds like they're on the move already. Must be the King's new army guards. So that kid is serving under them eh...Things are getting more interesting by the minute."
Shard didn't exactly like playing hide & go seek, he was the type who'd rather get to the point. At that thought, Shard came to an abrupt stop. Clicking his shads upwards slightly, he closed his eyes and then pointed towards the Rail Station.
"Hmm, they've better got a Fort Donald in Ivalice when I get there. I've never heard of any Forts extending in Disney Castle's reach lying in Ivalice. Well, we won't find out anything waiting here. Maybe we'll find out more once we get there. Being dragged around tied around a rope behind someone we don't know is something we can't make can't be making a habit of. Let's head over to to Ivalice. We'll meet up with him there" Shard said breaking into a swift run for the Doom Train.
