Lysander can be kind, gentle... and about as "suave playboy" as they come -- to the point that he actually has a problem with thinking seme are uke! And usually not caring anyway after he finds out. Yes, he will flirt playfully with anyone, but tries to be careful not to give them any wrong ideas. Short/casual relationships and one night stands are the norm, though remaining friends even if sexual relations are halted is possible. Lysander perhaps enjoys the "hunt" (aka flirting) just as much as the "reward" (aka unfing). To him, it is all done in good fun, for he does not place much emotional emphasis on the acts. Generally, this pegasus tries not to become bothered too much by anything and keep things laid back. However, just as the average shounen, he is prone to being pushed overboard -- as in, violent in the case of anger or over-excited in the case of even seeing a Coke. XD;;

Lysander hails from a prestigious Greek family, steeped in tradition. Raised in the ways of fine society, he has come to rather resent his roots and constantly seeks to distance himself from them, which is also why he traveled so much in the past. He does care for his parents and, on a base level, his heritage and is grateful for what they have taught him, but does not feel he should be limited by them.
