Chewy Pizza Bread

8-inch square pan cooking spray 1 medium bowl
Ingredeants
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup regulas or nonalcoholic beer 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce 1/3 cup shreede mozzarella cheese (1.5 oz) chopped fresh basil leaves, if desired 10 pepperoni slices
Preperation
Hat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix four, baking powder, and salt. Stir in beer just until four is moisteded. Spread dough in pan. Spread pasta sauce over dough. Place pepperoni evenly and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with basil. Cut into 2-inch squares. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings (4 squares each)
