When did your kids start teething? Aden is three months old and, even though it's a little on the early side, we're pretty sure he's started teething. It's not a constant pain he's in, so I don't think there will be any teeth showing anytime soon... but he's drooling like crazy so we're quite sure teeth is the problem.
So far he seems to be alright today... we'll see how long that lasts!

All babies begin to drool more in the 2 month range and put anything they can in their mouth. So while it could be teething, it's more likely that's it the natural increase in saliva production that is causing it.
Ethan's first teeth cut when he was about 5 months old.

Joey started the teething process at around 3 months but the first tooth didnt actually cut through officially until he was about 4 months. The first tooth is the hardest one to cut through because there is no breaks in the gums yet. I would suggest to pick up some baby orajel and infants tylenol. Ask your doctor on the dosage of the tylenol, its all based upon weight. Dont use either of the things unless its obvious he is in pain though. Good luck!

He started drooling a lot more than he used to a couple of weeks ago, but now it's even more, and he's been crying more than usual. He's not a big fusser, so when he's been crying more lately I'm pretty sure something's wrong, and I'm quite sure he's not sick or anything, and teething is the only thing that makes sense.
Luckily we've got some baby Tylenol around here from his circ, but I'm not going to make an extra trip to the doctor. He's got to go to the doc in about two or three weeks anyway.

smile You can always call the doctor's office as well, usually they, or one of their nursing staff, will answer a question over the phone.
Easiest way to check for teething is to peek into your son's mouth or feel around to see if the gums are puffy or you feel teeth pushing up. The first ones are usually the front two on the bottom and top.

My boyfriend felt around in there yesterday and he said his gums seemed a little puffier in one spot on the bottom, in the front. While he was moving his finger around in there, Aden kept turning his head so his finger was right on that spot, and then he'd just chew. So yeah, we're quite sure he's teething.
Luckily he hasn't been too fussy these last couple of days, so I'm hoping he won't get upset much (although I'm sure he will once it actually starts to break through). Like I said, he's not much for fussing, so maybe it won't even bother him as much as it would some babies.

Jonas started teething at about 4 months. We always carried Baby Oragel (the night time one works best) and a piece of leather for him to chew on. It helped bring out his first 8 teeth really quick biggrin
Now we're just waiting for the eye teeth.....
