You have to pick a partner to be ranked for doubles. You can change partners, but if you do you will not maintain your current rank. When a team disbands the new team with the person highest on the singles ranking will be put above the other team formed out of the disbanning if another team is formed.

I'm technically part of the rankings the reason I don't have a # is becuase in the matches that use the rankings I will be playing the other captain regardless of ranks and the initial ranks are just the order things were put together.

In Kizumaru's absence he drops below Frost (the challenger and everyone below his old rank moves up one.
