I'm thinking of subforums I could add to make this guild a little more fun. And I'm wondering if they would be good ideas or not:
PYP subforum - Get to know each other a little more, post pictures of yourselves, friends, events, etc.
TMI subforum - a place to discuss anything on your mind that wouldn't normally be acceptable
Intense discussion - which may be more debating than discussing

PYP threads usually break the ice and get people to warm up to each other more easily. We could actually just keep it in one thread, though, otherwise it would only get repetitive threads with the same content (people posting pics, of course). However, what if it gets really full of replies? Personally, I'm put off when I see 60 pages of replies, people usually just ignore everyone who replies on later-on pages.
What are some ways we can avoid this happening? Not just with the PYP thread, but with other threads as well?
Also, I'm in favor of the TMI subforum. I'm not sure how much the Intense discussion will be used, as most people here are from the GD, and we'd be making this guild similar to the ED if we did use that.

The PYP thread is definitely an interesting proposal. However I do share a similar concern as Sandwich Protector. However having few designated threads for pictures of ourselves does seem like a good idea to avoid repetitive picture threads.
TMI, worries me a tad bit though if it's done in good taste does seem like a positive outlet.
The intense discussion does seem more along the lines of an ED type sub forum. However it could also be a source of inspiration for more GD based spinoffs of the debates that take place there.

i agree with both of the guys before me i think the TMI seems like an interesting idea and id love to see how it grew; though im afraid if this guild does get bigger some people might turn it into something less tactful kind of along the lines death and bubbles was saying

Ok, for the PYP, How about instead of a forum dedicated to PYP, we have like a "Member Friendly" forum? We can have like an official PYP thread, or like..multiple PYP threads with themes. Like, face shots, party shots, friend shots. [I dunno. I'm just throwing ideas out.] And it can be like the personal part of the guild. Maybe be like a place for people to talk to each other/about each other. More on a personal level than just discussing. How else, I dunno. Share your opinions.
For the TMI subforum, I'd keep a close eye on it, but I think most of the people we're inviting to the guild are responsible people. I'm just all for getting things off your chest, ya know? x3; For all those open/talkative people who find something funny, yet kind of nasty, and want to talk about it.
As for the Intense, it might get too much like the ED.. I think we can wait for that, if we do it at all.
Alright. And if any of you have any ideas, please share. ^^

I say we should at least give it a start and see where it goes. What you're saying about both the TMI subforum and the Member Friendly subforum sound like enough to get us started. :]

We're sort of making our own little "Gaia" now, aren't we? sweatdrop
Hm, I suggest a "Hobbies/Talents" forum, where the guild members can show off their favorite things, what they can do...et cetera. I find seeing what people can do at their best very relaxing and soothing, yet at the same time very entertaining.
I also suggest a "Storytime" sub-forum, since I saw one of our members writing a story (Virgil), DEATH writing about his life, and I too, like to write. But I think the Storytime subforum should be paired with the Hobbies/Talents, since they're more of showing off what our members are capable of and forms of entertainment for others.

Another interesting proposal, the hobby thread coul prove interesting and could serve as another avenue for memebers getting to know each other.
Story time, I'm not sure about though. Not to mention it's a little exclusive to people who enjoy writing and not every body really does. Maybe something like a gallery for art forms of any kind?
