the way it works is you think of a culture, philosophy, community, or form of government and fit it into the "you have two cows" analogy.
I'll use a few examples.
CAPITALISM: You have two cows. If your cows aren't good enough, you're going to be poor
COMMUNISM: You have two cows. You give all of your milk to the government who gives it back to everyone evenly.
SOCRATES: What makes you think you have two cows?
Get it?

Eh, I think that's more on the side of Nazism... Now that I think about it, fascism sounds more like: The cow WILL sacrifice its individualism and power to the dictator, else the army will slaughter the cow.
