I don't know if you guys have heard of this but it's worth keeping a link to: http://savedisneyanimation.org/It's a site dedicated to to preserving traditional Disney animation and not let 3D animation destroy it.

Well Disney is going back to 2D after the release of Rapunzel. They've already started the Princess and the Frog which is 2d

Aneyana Well Disney is going back to 2D after the release of Rapunzel. They've already started the Princess and the Frog which is 2d Yeah the site is on hiatus but they said on there to remember the site in case they are needed if needed.

I enjoy the 3D, like Toy Story and Monster's Inc., but the original 2D is classic and I love that too. I think they should use both mediums. There is no need to get rid of any of them.

Holy_Andraste Where have you guys heard about the new movies being made? Wikipedia actually tends to be a decent source for that sort of information (unlike wikipages about celebs and politicians). Or it at least gives you some decent links.

Atomic Pixie7 I enjoy the 3D, like Toy Story and Monster's Inc., but the original 2D is classic and I love that too. I think they should use both mediums. There is no need to get rid of any of them. I think the OP means pure Disney. Not PIXAR movies. Like Chicken Little (..which is made of fail IMO)

I think Disney should stay 2D because for tha sake of the children because I saw a kid freek out watching a Disney movie in 3D and she started crying. I don't remember which movie, but it was at Disneyland, Ca.

I'm just really, really excited about the Princess and the Frog. 3D is cool, but too much 3D and not enough 2D kills me. And GOOD 2D. Not those sequels.
Yay a new 2D movie!!
