So while I was on vacation,

I was walking down the boardwalk with my cousin Christine, and while I'm talking to her, this guy in a "Jesus Saves" shirt comes walking down and sticks this pamphlet in my hand.
It's titled "Does God love You?"
She thought I was stupid because I didn't reject it, but I didn't know what happened until he was 10 feet behind me.
Well we sat down on a bench and I started reading it out loud.
At the beginning, it tried to convince us God loves us.
Then it got darker and darker.
Until it got to the point where it told me that there is nothing I can do to be saved, I am going to burn in hell for all eternity.
It gave specific dates for when I'm going to die and then burn in hell.
Then it said anyone who doesn't know about Jesus is doomed to burn in hell...more? Or something.
I might get some quotes. Depends if I can find the packet.
It was just nuts.
"Does God Love You?"
by the end of the packet: "No, he doesn't. He wants you to burn in hell"
Like, no offense to whoever believes in this. It was just... I don't even know.
I don't want to be a hypocrite and say it's stupid. Because I don't know what's true and what's not.
But this guy gave me a 6 page book on how God looks upon me as a desperate sinner on my imminent path to Hell.

This is why for the most part I ignore religous figures of any kind. It's one thing to travel and spread what you believe to people it's another to just bombard the general populace with it.
