I just recently bought my brother's DS and have been playing Animal Crossing for a bit, but I haven't gotten into it.
Where do I find the ID thing for my country and register yours? Ahaha, I'm totally clueless. xD
I don't even know how to get money yet... lol

Well, headstart, you already know your town name and your character's name.
To get an ID, go to the Gates (make sure you're near an internet access point, like a computer modem), because it needs a stong signal to connect.
Talk to Copper (right) and say Friend Code! Connect. If it doesn't work, try reconfigurating your Internet thingie, but be careful because my friend accidentaly ruined her Internet that way.
And to add a friend to your Roster, click the blue arrow (top right) on your screen. Click the yellow heart. Click Register, and put my ID, Name and then Town name.
