During the lates 100's and early 200's a great war raged in China. The three kingdoms of Wei, Wu and Shu fought for control over the land.

After finally securing a castle for each of their kingdoms the three kingdoms have formed a temporary treaty. As the Rulers and their generals plan for what to do should war break out or will some of them try to bring and end peacefully. What about when new people are joining each kingdom? Will they be accepted, thrown out, or turn things upside down?

((Side note: OC's are allowed and because I say so any marriges that are in the game are not here... mostly because it makes things more intersting. ))

Gaia Name: Shadow of Fire
Roleplay Name: Xing Mei (or to those who call her by her made-up name: Li Fai )
Age: 18
Appearance: roughly 5'5" she's a bit of a tomboy. Her silky black air barley goes past her chin and always hangs over her left eye. Her eyes are really not that girly mostly because she keeps her eyes slightly closed but they are a dark shade of blue that does not seem that natural to the country. Normally wearing clothing that is slightly baggy. Also to try and hide her gender she wraps her breasts down which when with the baggy clothing making them almost unnoticeable unless staring for a while.
Weapon(s): Duel swords one which the blade is a black and the other a silver, both slightly larger then a katana but shorter then a nodachi (yes I know those are Japanese just deal with it)
Kingdom: Wu
Brief Bio: Xing Mei has always been a cross-dresser. As a female she had been told that she could never fight but she always wanted to learn how. Eventually she decided she'd become a boy as best she could in which her father did teach her swordsmanship. At the age of sixteen her father died in a battle against the Wei army. To honor her father's memory she became part of Wu and because of her skills was promotted to General in about an year.
Other: She's a bit confusion by personality seeing as how it's never really the same. Also she likes to be around Zhou Yu and secretly loves him but because she still has yet to reveal to him she's really a girl she keeps it hidden from him in fear of rejection of even their friendship. At times she is out on the training field where she continues practicing her skills in archery and swordsmanship. By everyone else who believes she's a male just calls her Fai.

Roleplay Name: Ling Ming
Age: 17
Appearance: 5'3" in height and like Xing Mei, has and always will be a cross-dresser. She has hair down the bottom of her shoulder blades, but her bangs were a good 6 to 8 inches longer, and whenever she braided it, it would seem longer. Eyes are an pale, icy, blue. Pale pink lips and face are concealed by a dark green scarf. Semi-baggy clothes hid her gender for the most part, but she had to wrap her brests down. To notice, someone would have to stare for a long time.
Weapon(s): A spear with a silver dragon coiling towards the axe blade on one end and a fine, sharp, blade at the other.
Kingdom: Shu
Breif Bio: Ling was abandoned by her family, but not for a bad reason, she already had two brothers, and if they didn't she would've been killed. So basically lived on her own and learned to fight to defend herself.

One day a boy with long black hair and a green headband, helped her out when a group of boys decided to gang up on her, but she didn't think he knew she was a she. They became friends and grew up together for a while, but that was before the three kingdoms began to fight. She hasn't seen him in a few years and went on a little trip across the three kingdom, not just to find him, but also to find her other friend, Xing Mei, who was last heard from in Wu territory
Other: She clings to her friends and has random issues.

As the cool spring air gently blew for a moment, Xing Mei, sat quietly outside the castle. The rising sun was slowly lighting the early spring morning. The skies cascaded in pinks, purples, blues red and oranges shined ever so lightly upon the blooming cherry blossoms. The sweet fragrance of the flowers floated through the air.

Xing sat under one of the cheery blossoms staring down and off to the side. She brushed her black hair out of her left eye and stared at the grass. She wore her red shirt, white sleeves that went a little past her wrists with a small tiger-like design on the right side, ivy going around the ends of the sleeves and golden stitching. She wore slightly baggy red pants that had a piece of red clothe going around the ankles tying the extra cloth to her leg to avoid tripping. Her feet where bare and her legs outstretched. She propped her back against the tree and gave a small sigh.

There was a rather troubling problem for the young girl. She was a cross-dresser as a guy. Her breast where wrapped down against her chest and her shirt was a little big to avoid being noticed. Even more so was the problem of Zhou Yu. She had to hide her feelings and her own gender from him. She'd become close friends with him and now she noticed a few things. She kept getting flustered around him all the time. Maybe if I tell him the truth... she started to think but it was quickly erased. I'd lose his friendship then...I'm sure... her eyes closed and she lowered her head. Some of her hair hung loosely over her left eye again, as always.

For years Xing had been pretending to be a boy 'Li Fai' but most people just called her Fai. She did that in order to learn to fight and found out that it was the only way to get into Wu and fight. Now the real fight was what to do about her problem with Zhou Yu. "Damn..." the girl muttered under her breath.

Xing almost jumped up in surise and gave a high-pitched squeak. She sat back dwn and looked away and shut her eyes. Stupid! she shouted in her head. After a small moment before Zhou Yu finished talking she rested back the way she was before the unexpected arrival.

"What's there to worry about?"her voice lowered to a deeper voice then the one she had cursed in earlier. It was a force of habit, because no matter how well she dressed her voice would hive her away.

Much to her luck lately a small though barely noticable blush rose on her cheeks. Her hands cupped together in her lap and her thumbs twiddled together. It was a slight nervous habit she'd recently obtained. After all Zhou Yu was really the only person she talked to much in Wu which might explain some things. Her head tilted ack and rested against the rough bark of the tree. "I did not expect to see you this early lord Zhou Yu." her eys looked over at him and noticed the flute. Sometimes he did play and she loved it when he did but she normally liked to have others around for some reason.

"Um...I just don't like being inside much..." she gave a small yawn and lowered her head again. Perhaps it was a little to early for her, after all she was probably one of the heaviest sleepers in Wu. She stopped playing with her thumbs and let her arms fall limply by her side. Her back was pulled away from the tree as she slid down and laid on the grass. Some of the grass poked against his neck, which was a little annoying.

Xing looked over at him then back to the branches of the tree then closed her eyes.. Once again she gave another yawn. Yes it was too early for someone like her to be up. "There is little to do with the treaty in place. Though peace is nice at least war keeps my busy." she muttered under her breath. It was something she preferred if no one else heard and much less she didn't bother to lower her voice there. It wasn't like anyone heard, well it was a hope. She brought one arm up and placed it under her head for a more comfortable cushion then the tree.

Zhou Yu walks down through a courtyard and into an open feild... He walked up towards the tree he had met Fai that morning. He was wondering if he would see him again today. "Hmmm....I wonder if he'll show up today? or even soon...?"
