I'm hoping that no one else has posted about this site but I love their products, cuteness!
Boshi Basiik makes the most kawaii hats in my opinion and they're hand made, they also have cool shirts and accessories (they are even open to custom orders)

There was a recent feture in Shojo Beat.
There was another site called Mika Hats,
I'd link but its not up anymore.
That makes me sad because they had cupcake bunny hats.
I love cupcakes...
