Kletian Ichijin had returned from a mission to find that, instead of getting some rest and relaxation, he had to report to the arena. He was quite displeased, but he squared his shoulders and reported in. He walked onto the scene, a small crowd usually held sway over this area of the village, there was always a battle going on in the arenas.

He stood across from Taka moments later. The Ichijin usually had a garb of some sort that they wore over their ninja outfit, kind of like half-trench coat/half-robe thing that was white and had a black feather symbol emblazoned on the back. His garb reminded one of what a wizard or sorcerer in fantasy novels might wear. Kletian's hair was a short, earthen-brownish color, similar to his eyes. Otherwise he looked pretty much like any average looking guy of around late-teens to early twenties.

"Are you Takayuki Akuma?"

Kletian seemed to move sluggishly in response to Taka jumping back. He didn't ready himself like a normal fighter. Instead, he raised his hands to the sky, but remained immobile.

Kletian buckled slightly in the legs as it became harder to stand due to the increased gravity. As Taka completed his move and began to run, the wind that picked up began to flow around the Ichijin's body. The Ichijin were masters of the wind, and a jounin of the Ichijin was a controller of storms.

"Gufuu Enchuu Toko no Jutsu."

The breezes coalesced quickly into a raging tornado that engulfed Kletian and expanded out in all directions to grab Taka. However, the gravity change did strain Kletian a bit, as he was required to to enhance his jutsu more than normally to overcome the negative effects of Taka's jutsu.

Kletian, being a trained Ichijin jounin was quick enough to move out of the way. He jumped to the side, entering the updraft of the tornado, and thusly thrown into the air. He passed Taka, several feet away, with a tsk, tsk motion of his hand.

Once he was high enough in the air, he leapt back into the eye of the tornado where Taka had landed on the ground and reached back as if preparing to throw something.

"Arashi Mori no Jutsu."

From the whirling winds that made up the walls of this expanding tornado arena, tendrils of compressed air reached out and formed a spear like silhouette in his reaching hand. With his weapon readied, Kletian pitched toward the ground and threw the javelin at Taka like an Olympic athlete. No doubt the Ichijin bloodline allowed him to use the very sky as solid earth to brace against. The lance of hardened wind screamed toward the arena floor, given speed by the Ichijin's mastery of the air.

Since it was a jutsu controlled by Kletian, using it against him wasn't tactically sound.

As the spear sped towards Kletian, the Ichijin moved to one side, side-stepping the lance. As it flew by him he reached out and, without touching it, seemed to snag it from its flight path and spun it around him as the moon orbits the earth. He launched it back at Taka, as it rounded Kletian to point back at Taka, with little bleed off of speed.

The spear bore into the ground as it missed Taka, like an iron pole thrust into the earth, before dissipating harmlessly. With its passing it left a tiny hole, only a foot deep at most. Taka went back on the offensive.

With grasping talons, Taka reached upward to grab the floating Ichijin. Invisible strands of gravity wrapped themselves around Kletian's form. He was suddenly yanked from his perch and dragged to the ground.

As Kletian was forced by a strong power toward the arena floor, he reached out with both hands and grabbed at nothing. His fingers flexed as he dragged invisible scars into the background, as if he was trying to prevent himself from falling by holding onto a curtain or something. Kletian was moments later hanging from the sky as if a non-visible person was at the other end pulling on his legs. Kletian was stubborn in his determination to not be put on the same level as Taka.

Kletian's feet suddenly braced themselves against the air and slowed his descent. His legs flexed as his body went into a crouch, such was the gravity's influence upon Kletian. With his hands free for the moment, he made a few signs.

"Kage Bunshin no Jutsu."

He uttered with some strain, poofing two copies of himself that fell towards Taka's left and right. They plummeted like stones toward the arena floor. And within seconds they had reached Taka. Kletian finished his attack.

"Bunshin Bakuha no Jutsu."
(Clone Explosion)

The clones exploded on either side of Taka, sending gouts of red-hot flames in all directions.
