Alright. I figured this would be a good place to let everyone know(since the forum is being slow at the moment. D<) about cosplay meetups before the convention! Last night, I headed to the swing dance, so I got a bit of information from some other cosplayers. ;3
1) The one I heard about last night was for next Saturday over on the waterfront. You know, where the huge fountain is? Yeah, that's where. I need to check the K-con forums to get some times from Reno and a few others who know more about what's going on, but at least we know where it is? XD
2) I'm actually planning a bit of one. Mostly it's just my friends from school, but I put up an invite on the K-con forums as well. This will be over in Portland as well, at the Saturday Market. The meetup time is noonish, and the fountain in the middle of the market is where we will meet.
If you guys can head to either one, that'd be awesome! biggrin And if you know of any others, please inform us!

I know there's going to be a Clackamas meet-up over at the Clackamas mall on July 27th at around 12pm. Everyone is meeting out in front of Red Mango. Here's the thread over at the K-con forum - Meet-up thread. I'm hoping I can go.

Sounds like fun! I'd go the to August one since i'll probably have my cosplay by then, good luck with the planning! And if its a potluck picnic, i can try to bring some snacks.
