I need to go back and replay, but I'll give you some tips on memory.
First of all, I assume you're on the last fight between you and the SA-X correct?
The most important thing to remember is that the SA-X is about equal with you at this point, perhaps a little stronger. Try to keep your distance with missiles and charge beams, and avoid using the screw attack because it'll damage you as well. Most of all, ALWAYS STAY MOVING. It'll take you down easy if you're a sitting duck. Keep the firing going as you're fighting to keep the SA-X at bay.
