Me again my favorite politician is of course Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY). Well I was a former Conservative Republican and Now I'm a Liberal Democrat. I most certainly do not plan on switching political parties any time soon. The issue I'm most concerned about is the Economic down turn of our nations great economy and domestic affairs as well. mrgreen Senator Cjgabueg (D-CA)

Hello, my name is Jessica and I'm the captain of the Political Playgound, vice-captain of the Doors guild, and a moderator in the Politcal Insider.
My favorite politician(s) are Bill and Hillary Clinton, Dennis Kuscenich [spelling, I know...], and others whose names I can not remember. I'm a moderate democrat. The issues I'm most concerned about are the war, the economy, education, and healthcare.

Hello, My name is Kisa and I'm a moderate Democrat from the red state of Missouri. I have fully supported Obama, Edwards, Clinton, Richardson, Sebelius, and Byrd (in the order of favoritism at the moment). The major issues I usually bring th the table are: Education, The Patriot Act, Gay Rights, Clean Energy, Environment, Wars (in general), Darfur, Health Care, Stem Cell Reserch, and Minimum Wage. I enjoy discussing all type of topics (but those are my favorites), and I have spent four years of my life, traveling across the US, and twenty days overseas to meet with people and see the expression of views. I've taken a Government and Politics (US) class one year ago, and followed the candidates through the first part of the primary season. I may be biased, but I hope to have my facts fleshed out.

Hi, I'm John, I'm actually Canadian, and if I have a favourite US politician, it's probably Ron Paul. I believe both parties are corrupt and self-serving. The Republicans (with the notable exception of the aforementioned Texas congressman) are destroying the economy while taking away vital liberties in fear of a ghost threat, and the Democrats are only too eager to help them. My biggest concerns are civil liberties and the size of government.

Sup. :v mah names chanicle. I don't support anyone, and I'm not democrat nor republican.
I just like watching politicians yell at each other.
If anyone I'd vote this autistic kid named Rod at my school for president. There'd be coca cola and tacky miniature hand held poker games for EVERYONE. And no one would be allowed to sing. Ever.

Hey guys, I got invited here, not sure why rolleyes I do love politics though.
I'm a rather eclectic mix of anarchist, communist, socialist, liberal and an all around generally leftist. Generally I'm a supporter of anything that preserves personal freedom and life. I've been into politics since I was a kid, I was really conservative Christian up until I was 12 or so, when I met my future stepbrother who was gay and is besides my fiance by FAR the nicest person I have ever met, so meeting him completely turned my world upside down because I thought gays were evil and all that.
Since then I started slowly moving towards the left and shedding my religious beliefs, questioning them and changing them again. I can't stand people who think it's bad for someone to change their mind, because a person should ALWAYS be questioning their beliefs and changing their mind.
I only recently started considering myself anarchist, but before that I had agreed with communism for about a year, and acknowledged my atheism for a year as well. Before that I was socialist and slowly transitioning. I don't really like subscribing to party politics, but I DO vote and I'm very into politics because until we get a better system, it's the best we've got and I feel its my moral duty to vote, even though other anarchists hate me for it.
I have my own blog, http://bluelinchpin.wordpress.com that was pretty popular and had up to 40 comments on some posts, or usually about 20, until I announced I was an anarchist. I've lost some readers since then...
I'm an Obama supporter, though lately I've been supporting him more because he's not McCain. If Ralph Nader had any chance of winning, I'd be 100% behind him.
I also like bunnies.

Hello.
I live in Israel; I try to be as well-informed as possible when it comes to American politics, but most issues that concern me are, of course, local. Those last elections I voted for the Social Democrat Party here (named Meretz), I'm not sure which party I'd choose the next time though; I'm quite disappointed with local politicians and politics.
I'm a social democrat and a moderate leftist. I'm not a Communist. When it comes to American politics, I was a keen Obama supporter from the beginning; I sure hope he does win, as it's seen as even though he really likes blowing slogans and worn-out phrases into the air, which I hate, he could, probably, change things - inside America, and in the Middle East, which is highly effected by American policies.
I try (and I believe I usually manage) to always be unbiased; the morality I was brought up upon and grew to believe in are what I'd call the source to my decisions in politics. When people ask, I always say that if I threw all reason and common sense aside, deciding based upon emotions alone, I would had been a Pacifist; unfortunately, the way I see it, this world is too complicated to hold these opinions, but it's the ideal I look up to, merged with reason and logic; these two can't always combine.
And another thing, English is my second language (I studied British English at school). I try to be as articulate as I can, I check my posts many times before I post them, but I suppose my lack of experience in it is noticeable; I don't mind you correcting me as long as you're not being too rude about it; I would like to improve. Also, I don't own a computer at home. I come to my parents' place for a visit every other weekend, so I use their computer when I come. So I won't be as active in here as I'd like to be.
