Nakia hummed a happy tune to herself as she made her way towards the meeting place she and an old friend were going to. She had not seen Alyna in so long, so the message had been a welcome relief to her; last she had seen the brown and rainbow mare, she had been having problems with a stallion.

Nakia could only hope that everything had turned out well in end...and Aunty November hadn't turned Kalona in an attempt to get at said stallion in revenge. The mental image crossed her mind, letting a small laugh interupt the small melody she had been singing earlier. Turning around and casting an eye over the tall grass, Nakia spied the familiar blue of orange and pink as it darted in random directions. No doubt it had had seen something and was attempting to claim it as his own.

"Ri! C'mon! Leave that poor creature alone and hurry up!" She laughed before turning and continuing forward.




At the voice, violet eyes blinked over the tall grasses at the silver mare before the young colt crashed through them and raced towards his older companion. White/pink butterfly wings buzzed rapidly in a faint attempt to speed up his body, the chase from before completely forgotten.

"NANA!" His childish voice rang out with a light plead. "WAIT FOR RIYAZ!"

Ears pricked up at the familiar voice and Nakia smiled before standing and trotting over to her childhood friend. The silver mare reached and pulled Alyna into a warm hug. "Alyna! It's been far too long! How have you been?"

As the two adults exchanged greetings, Riyaz had seen and went to investigate the flash of white and light orange that was hovering around Aunty Alyna. Bouncing over, the blur of colors became a small filly with Auntie's spots and a flower marking around her tail. Ooooooooooo! NEW FRIEND! With a wide grin, Riyaz happily pounced on the poor filly. "HIHIHIHI! I is Riyaz! Who you?" He stared at Ocala, wings flickering and with a silly expression on his face.

Riyaz's shouts caught her attention, directing it towards the foal standing near Alyna. With a gentle smile, Nakia stepped closer and lowered her head. "Aw! She's adorable!" Looking back at her friend, Nakia let a playful grin cross her face. "Is she yours? Or did you find an abandoned basket?"
