Okay, so here I am having a blonde moment.
Have any of you ever had something come up that says "New Notice" and when you click on it, it says you can't access it?
It's ticking me off cause this has happened like, 3 times now.

I've gotten that many times before. It's usually when they end a promotion and they want you to take a survey about it. Most of the time they glitch up.
