I thought it would be fun if we had a thread where we talk about things we would say to the people of section 9.... if they exsisted...
mine would be... togusa... cut your mullet!

Ahh, she makes a good point. Togusa's long, real hair and his old guns are part of his character. Remember, he's the only one on the force that doesn't have a tricked out, megatech prosthetic body.
