Here's the place for hobbies. Tell us what kind of things you like to do and find out who else enjoys them too.
I'll start.
I love to go Antique shopping as well as garage/yard sale shopping and thrift stores! No, I'm not into junk, I'm into other peoples treasures that they think is junk! blaugh I love nostalgia. Anything from the past. People's histories fasinate me! {We need a spell check on here so I don't look like an idiot! rofl } Anyway, I love to decorate things too. My home, other people's homes, profiles on Gaia, front pages on guilds, houses in games like Animal Crossing for the Gamecube. But, my taste is very eclectic, out of the norm and rarely modern! I also love to take pictures of family, friends and my pets. I collect frames. I need to for all those pictures I love to take. biggrin And I enjoy hanging out with my family, especially my kids. They are all so much fun! And finally Gaia, but that's a duh, since I'm usually on here alot, not as of late, but mostly. {Had to correct myself before my brother Christombal did. He loves to do that.} biggrin That's about it for me. So, who's next? I'm sure alot of you have some really exotic hobbies out there. I can't wait to hear! eek

Oh yeah photography is fun.
But anyway aside from that I enjoy off-road stuff mostly in a jeep and golfcart (yeah I dunno if they do this else where but we lift em put bigger tires on ditch the governor and they work great for off-road crazyness) also like guns and into the gaming deal, working on learning how to play Bass guitar Um hanging out with my friend people and of course Little Brothers and Cigars I love cigars and golfing yeah relaxing thats it yeah.

I am obsessed with the 1950s. I love it all, the music, the fashion, the attitudes (except for the racism, that just drives me mad!) everyone was friendlier and nicer back then, you weren't followed home by a group of morons telling you that you're a freak coz you're wearing black before throwing a brick through your window. So I'm really into rockabilly. I love cars, I passed my driving test last October, started saving up for a car and then got pregnant so now I can't afford one or fit in one lol but thats ok coz the boyfriend drives me everywhere I want to go biggrin My favourite cars are Nissan Skyline, VW Beetle (commisioned by Hitler, built by Porche and endorsed by the hippies...!) Ford Thunderbird and of course, the ultimate car, the Shelby Mustang GT. I originally wanted to be a mechanic but in this country it involves too much paperwork and not enough hands-on stuff and I would have gotten bored so I ended up working for the job centre while training to be a piercer! I'm in a punk-rock band called The Penisidal Maniacs and we're awful but we have quite a following as we're funny and all our songs are about our guitarists mother and how much we love her (or would like to love her anyway!) but the band is on hold for a while until November while I have a baby and learn to be a mummy, apart from that I love painting, drawing, taking photos, drawing on my boyfriend when he's asleep, fighting and wrestling (when I'm not pregnant lol) making stuff like jewellery and windchimes/dream catchers, playing pool, dancing (badly) and watching the ocassional film.
I think that sums me up really, just imagine a small, incredibly hyperactive pregnant ball of comedy gold with large boobs and a quiff and you have me!

well lets see..my main passion is making music. my house resembles a recording studio more than a residnce.
many people say music is their lives, for me it's really true. i eat, sleep, and breath music.all the time i'm either playing music, writing music, or listening to music.
also, i love to read and have my own private library with a few thousand books. and i'm an anime freak and old film buff..i love cathinc clasic films on tv

You guys all have interesting hobbies. (:
Mainly I like to read. Generally historical fiction, though I love pretty much any well written book. My favorite read is the Kushiels series by Jacqueline Carey. It's really intelligently written and has a captivating plot.. I recommend it to anyone.
I enjoy hanging out with my three little cousins who I live with. They're like brothers and sisters to me, and we have a lot of fun together. Seeing my friends is always nice too.
Politics interest me, and I like reading the newspaper, watching the news, or having political debates. Though I will admit, I've been so caught up in preparing for university that I have fallen out of touch with what's going on in the world recently.
Dancing, is something I enjoy despite not being very good at it. I took belly dance lessons for a couple years and I'd really like to start taking them again. (Plus, the outfits are just so awesome!)
And of course, my addiction to the internet. Gaia, facebook, meebo, and the the webcomic "girls with slingshots" are my most frequented sites.

wow, u all have cool as hobbies and interests. its awesome knowing we're all individuals here.
i gots a few hobbies, im into art and stuff. i paint alot, usually abstract stuff. im a musician as well, i write all kindsa stuff music. rock, funk, folkish stuff and punk. i like to write as well. stories, poetry, theories... all kindsa things... i hav a few random things... devil sticks, i kick a** with them, i like to play with knives and axes and my machette... not so kick a**... but im good, just a little rusty at times coz i dont practice all the time. no matter how much u practice if u leave it a week or two u start making mistakes. razz
i love sociology and phychology... that and phillosophy

I love painting, drawing, hanging out with my friends, baking, cooking, sleeping , genealogical history, swimming biking did i say sleeping LOL, hanging out with my mom and my grand mother and well pretty much my whole family, and sitting watching movies with my wife smile
hmmm together we love to go garage saleing just to see if we can find something realllllllllly old for my step dad who collects like old bottles and stuff.. we found one that when i checked on ebay was worth 150 to start the bid don't know what it went for though lol he now has it in his basement LOL

I love to read, and i will read ANYTHING except for those period literature's, like stuff from the Elizabethan time i dont like. I like movies, and i like to watch movies with other people not by myself, it makes up for a good time. I like to play with my cat and garden ^_^

Hmmm, lets see...I like to draw and do 3d art. People say I'm good at baking. I like to read. Especially Harry Potter and manga...lots of manga. I love watching tv and movies. Once again, Harry Potter and lots of anime. (My favorite movie in the world is Nightmare Before Christmas.) I like taking pictures (hate being in them, though). I am OBSESSED with World of Warcraft and Guitar Hero. I go to the website "I Can Has Cheezburger" every day. sweatdrop I tinker around with a keyboard every now and then...although I've never had a lesson, and I'm not very good. I LOVE GETTING TATTOOS! lol

I like to make new clothes out of old ones. Or make something entirely new out of nothing!
I also like to take old things like furniture and reinvent them. Make them look new and up to date.
I am also into magic. I like pulling "mindfreaks" on people.
And I read A LOT in my free time.

Fish keeping, i like aquariums but im sooo lazy. I know if i got fish i would just feed them and look at them. I wouldnt change the tank water and scrape the algae off and all that...

It can be a pain once in a while, but with the right stuff in the tank it isn't so bad... the bigger the tank, the easier the care ironically! ^_^

Major hobby is making stuff. I like making jewelry (Mostly earrings) to go in my collection (I have over 400 pairs now), and making arty stuff. Occasionally I paint, but it's really just colourmixing really abstract things (Then I punch holes through the canvas and hang my earrings off them, lol). I'm okay at origami. I can bake a nice loaf of bread, and most things with recipes, although I dislike using meat (Mostly for fear it won't be cooked through). I can sew, a little, and make my own hammocks for the rat cage.
Other hobbies that I have are reading (Lots of scifi and fantasy (David Eddings, Robin Hobb, Raymond E Feist, Stephen King, and the like are all favoured authors), and playing with my rats. Also rollerblading is a favoured activity.
