This anime popped up on my On Demand channel. Haven't seen it yet. Keeps telling me error when I try to play it. T.T

I was helping my friend ball yarn, and there was nothing on OnDemand to watch except this, but we ended up watching three episodes. It's really intense. To me, it seems kind of like a cross between Death Note and Hell Girl.
