One of the main things people ask me is 'Did that hurt?'
My answer: Hell yes it hurt! Its a needle piercing my flesh!
My piercings that hurt most were the tragus, septum, and my tongue being re pierced.
But my tattoo i was way more scared than i should have been, that was a breeze cool

Yes,I do tell its hurts when someone's asking me but i told them as well, only a little after that its ticklish.And I don't mind pain of tattoo.

I can't say that love it or hate it, it's not all black & white for me. I love the adrenalin rush that you can get though.
I love my piercings but I would not go through the pain again for some of them.
As for my tattoos, yes I would do them all over again if I had to, even the most painful ones. Some pains are worth it, and I don't mind at all.
I do tell others that it hurts, and I really tease first timers about it, (I haven't ever scared anyone out of anything yet wink )

I agree with Granny E as far as the adrenalin rush! I get so excited when I go to get a new tattoo! It's like going to Disney World (another place I get excited going)! The pain doesn't really bother me until the end, then I just want it over with! But all the pain is worth it! Yes, I tell people it hurts when they ask. My most painful ones where the top of my foot and the insides of my wrists. I don't do piercings, because they would probably have to call the medics for me. rofl

nothing really hurt (not even my n****e piercings) untill i got my lower back done.
that was like 2 hours of agony.
people ask if it hurt..i usually look at them like they have two heads and then say "of course, but not as much as you think"
the pain can be fun as long as it doesn't get too intense

i have done a 5 hour sitting and swore i would never sit that long for a tatt again lol for the simple fact that i laughed to hard .. when i got my pride piece it tickled sooooooo bad that i couldn't help it and my artist used a meg and still in giggles.. but my leg piece so far has 6.5 hours into it .. and still more to go .. we are taking it slow because the artist is still learning and this is her biggest most meaningful and most shaded piece she has done yet LOL
but yeah i tell people I laughed .. and i swore .. and yeah it hurt like a b***h lol

I hate it when people ask me that.
Usually I just tell them that everyone has a different pain threshold, and that if you're shoving a needle through your flesh that its bound to hurt somewhat. Though I generally throw in that the end results are worth it.
My most painful piercing was the second time I got my right nostril pierced, I let the other apprentice piercer at the shop that I worked at do it for me, and she was excruciatingly slow.
The least painful would be the second conch piercing I got, because -that- apprentice was very swift with his needle.
Oh, the joy's of being a guine pig. xD
My tattoo wasn't that painful because there isn't too many nerve endings on the head, but around my ear and neck it got pretty bad. Nothing I couldn't handle though.
I neither enjoy or hate the pain, though I much prefer the pain from piercings over that of a tattoo.
Though the vibrating sensations through out the rest of my body was pretty cool. It was really loud too, being very close to my ear.
Oh. The coolest "tattoo" experience I had was when we got in the fake flesh for our apprentice tattooist. You strap the fake flesh on your arm and you can feel the vibrations with out the pain, that was pretty neat.

As I haven't updated my About Me you guys would know... but I have been progressively getting all of the tattoo markings that a Goron would have. I started with the basic arm seals... Then the hero's (Darmani) wings... then basic body markings across my stomach, legs and arms. Of it all, I'd have to say it's the first tattoo that is the worst because I was all worked up about how it would feel and became super sensitive to it. (Go me, amirite?) Anyhoo, in all actuality... the only parts done that were really uncomfortable were the hero's wings that reached close to the back of my arms. That hurt pretty bad... but it didn't really hurt that bad anywhere else.
Sorry, but I don't have any piercings to brag about... just a shitload of tattoo.

Yeah, I've had new friends I'm making who go to get bellybutton piercings and they call me and go: DRAKIE OMGOMGOMG I'M SCARED HOW MUCH DOES IT HURT!? Really, the piercings I have hardly hurt at all. Like, the piercing itself was just like a p***k, sort of the same pain I get with an IV or getting blood drawn. It's the healing that hurts the most, is what I tell them. X_x Then they text me later like: Oh! That was nothing! xD
My tat is homemade (stupid thing to do, don't have to tell me -- I'm never doing it again) and didn't hurt much at all.

I think that it all depends on your idea of pain. Yes there is pain, but it doesnt hurt to me. I dig it.

My favourite is when people ask me if my tattoos or piercings hurt more. Let's see; one poke or six hundred per minute for a couple hours? rofl
I never enjoy the pain, but sometimes I do seek it out. There have been a couple times in my life where I felt like the pain of a tattoo or piercing would either help me get through something or put me back on track. I couldn't really do justice to the experience of getting rib work done. That's ******** intense.

I honestly love being tattooed. The pain for me isn't much, the ditch is a little sensitive and so is the bones of the wrist. I don't mind ribs, I would rather have my ribs done for 5 hours then 1 hour in the ditch.
It's about overcoming the pain. There isn't anything that can test a persons fortitude quite like a tattoo. That is why I do it
&& if you are hurt a lot it doesn't really compare, like a week with a broken jaw without medical attention pretty much ensured that I would never be hurt too badly ever again. that s**t sucked.

The outlining isn't that bad. The coloring in of the tattoo can hurt but then your body gets use to it.

It feels like bee stings or normal shots. It's not as bad as you think it is.

I have one on my foot and one on my arm. The foot hurt SO much more than the arm did. The arm barely hurt.
* Do you mind pain?
Apparently I have a very high pain tolerance, so it doesn't really bother me.
