This is for the Hellhounds who want to change clans entirely.
You have to:
+ Prove proof of exile or approved leaving of current clan through RP
+ Give reason to switch clans
+ Appropriate recerting fee sent to Voices-Of-Oblivion mule.
No Clan-hopping.
So only 3 switches per hound, preferrably less.
Fees:
For first clan-switch, 1k.
Second, 2k
Third and final, 3k.
