minachan404 yes it is...so are the stars and...air...i think well... technicaly the air is balanced... it's probably falling... so... Steam is Up...? hmmm... gasious Hydrochliric Acid.... Deadly!... but... stars are also down.. your forgetting the ones on the other side of the plannet... plus we move.. so they aren't always in any direction... and how do we define up... when you look at it from a outside perspective... up, is actualy away... so, what Happends if you make it to the center of the away.... because every direction is up.... And possibly down at the same time... oh don't mind me... I'm just rambeling on... though.. there is serious logic to my shpeal..

Therefore, I declare that "up" is everything above me in my perspective location. 3nodding

Therefore, I declare that "up" is everything above me in my perspective location. 3nodding whoa.. almost edited your post instead of quoting... sorry... but how do we declare that relative perspective... if we are upside down, then "relative up", is actualy "down". so, if we go by our inner senses, up, is the direction oposite from what gravity pulls us... but gravity is relative to the plannet we are on.. so, by leaving the plannet... the definition of up dissapears... and because gradity actualy pullts uss towards the sphere... it's not pulling us in one direction... because by placing ourselves on the oposite side of gravity, we switch directions.. and no longer are moving the same way... we can define up as the opposite of down, and down as the direction towards gravity... but there is no one gravity... every large mass has gravity... then we half to account for centrifical force... in centrifical force, we are pulled by a force symilar to gravity.. but insteat of pulling us towards the source, we are pushed away... that also raises the question... If mass did not pull objects towards it, would we be flung from the face of the earth... and we also think about the fact that all mass has gravity... so, if we make something gigantic... it should have gravity... but most cases it dosent.... plannets also have some sort of energetical force, some power that pulls us towards it... quite mysterious...

Well, if there were no mass nor gravity we probably would not had survived long enough as a species to worry about being flung into space. xd "Relative" concerns each individual, that person's specific surroundings, and that person's perception and interpretation of terms. For me, I percieve the ground to be "down" because I walk upon it. I percieve the sky to be "up" because it is an unfathomable space which I can not physically grasp. Things like the roof of a house (as long as it's still on the house. >>; ) can be considered to be "up" because they can not be reached unless one physically removes ones self from the ground. To do so, a person must overcome the gravitational force which opposes him. In order to do this, Work must be done. It takes more Work to go "up" than to go "down"; therefore, I define "down" as being the ground which I tread upon and "up" as anything above the ground. That probably made no sense whatsoever. gonk

AsherDantais Shesh.Either you guys are big on science or you just know how to say things and make them sound real. probably both... all of what we said is real.. realy... that's not science there... that's philosophy... And I've got a knack for many things... Science, math, Programing, Poetry, Stoylines, Psychology, Philosiphy... and If I think hard enough, I could extend that list... I can show you demonstarions and examples of many of them if you feel like it...
