Mist Allies
Life Allies are Allies that shall always be Allies with Mist.
Mutual Allies are those that Aid in times of need but are have not became true allies.
Friends are peacful villages, that haven't became allies.
NAPs (Non Aggressive Pact) are peacful villages, though they do not Aid each other.

Leaf-Friend
Rain-Non Aggressive Pact
Sand-Friend
Moon-Non Aggressive Pact

Bingo Book
Names of mainly Akatsuki inwhich have a bounty on their head, each person on this book is up for reasons the mist chooses. In the Mist it is illegal just to betray your village.
