That's right everyone: This is the thread to educate us ignorant fools on the internet about the greatest Japanese cd ever. List artist, title, and release date if you know it... and share your opinion on it.
Only good music here! You start posting about how Sixth AIS is the best band ever and you shall die a painful death.

Well, like I was just telling you: Unicorn's 'Hattori' is one of the greatest albums ever made. And quite a distinctive one at that with a dirty old man ('Hattori') on the cover. XD
Another one you should REFUSE TO LIVE WITHOUT would have to be Quruli's 'Zukan' album. This album makes me moist. I mean...even if it only had 'Mado' it would STILL be great. But no. Quruli just HAD to make is to super amazing by adding so many great songs onto it that it makes you CRAZY.
Next we have Guniw Tools' 'Other Goose' album. What makes this one so great (even though they're all amazing) is the fact that it has such great songs such as Plenty of Flour, Yomogi no Kokoro, Fancy Pink, Distortion, Living Hairspring, and Fuyu no Uguisu. This album makes me moist.
Another great album would have to be Cali//Gari's 'Dai 6 Jikkenshitsu.' It is my personal favorite of all their releases. I mean...how can you not pwn when you've got a song with a title which translates to 'The Day Mama Threw Me Out, and Papa Raped Me.' Yeh.
And lastly we've got Dokusatsu Terrorist. It doesn't really matter which one you get, as they're all hilariously entertaining. You just need to have them around at all times. THEY ARE JUST THAT AWESOME. 'BIN BIN BINBINBIN BIN LADEN.' xd

I was contemplating getting Cali//gari's Dai 6 jikkenshitsu...
The smattering of Quruli mp3s I've pilfered on my quest as an Internet Buccaneer have left me thoroughly impressed The same applies to those of The Back Horn.
I expect this thread to become my future purchase list of CDs. whee

XD I'm thinking of bringing in "Mama ga Boku o Sutete Papa ga Boku o Okashita hi" to my guitar lessons so my teacher can help me learn it....but I'm figuring it out on my own pretty well so I don't think I'll have to.

i know nothing. I expect this thread to become my future purchase list of CDs. whee Excellent. :steeples fingers: *adds to list* YOU WANT PURA. More specifically, their 'Hide and Seek' album. In my opinion it's their most expiremental album, and as such, there's so much more variety on it. 'Hide and Seek #2' (that's a song) makes me moist. I love Plastic Tree. Going Steady's 'Sakura no Uta' is another album to NOT live without. Their crazy habit of starting out with what sounds like such a depressing song and then turning into the most entertaining to jump around to punk is pure amazement to my ears. And as a side note: I want the new Sparta Locals album. They are a band that fails to disappoint. Tokyo Ballerina = Awesome.

._. My favourite CD that I have is Onmyouza's Sugenhouyou Onmyougi. Although I'm not sure how many people would agree with me. XD
Reason: I like the mix of male and female voices, and the CD didn't really impress me till I started really listening closely to the guitars.. And how it mixed with the other sounds. .....Eh. I'm not really big on Heavy Metal stuff. But I really like this CD and that band. >.<

I just got the Sparta Locals album......it's hawt. I recommend it along with any of their other albums. These kids write sexy music.
