List your top ten and worst ten and why... that is if you watch anime. Lol... there are lots of them that I haven't seen, but of all the ones I have seen this is my current list.

Top 10 Animes

1. Darker than Black - I recently finished watching this series and I have to say that the main characters are so well developed as well as easy to like that I couldn't get enough of it. The main character, named Hei is generally a nice guy who just happens to be an assassin for a syndicate. He's got emotions that are generally not present in those who have the same physical condition that he has as a contractor and though the series is quite slow paced, there are a lot of memorable moments. The ending is a little too open ended for me, but there are rumors that there will be a sequel (I'm actually very hopeful about this). I just wish they could confirm making a sequel soon, this quickly became my favorite anime of all time, even surpassing Dragon Ball Z.

2. Dragon Ball Z - A series that probably does not need any introduction to those of us who are old enough to remember it. The ultimate fight anime in which characters start out strong then become unimaginably strong while not having even a hint of care in the world. I'm actually upset that they are making a "live action" movie out of this, it kind of pisses me off since it's going to mar the name of a legendary anime/manga that pretty much started the shounen genre.

3. Cowboy Bebop - Jazz and spaceships. Also it's a vision of a future that probably will never come true. I can't ever forget the ending to this, it's almost too surreal, but the ending is indeed complete and the series is unforgettable.

4. Trigun - Vash the Stampede and all the antics that go through are things that I can't get enough of. That, a morality based plot with complex themes and villainous characters who fit my idea of a great antagonist are what make this one of my all time favorites.

5. Gundam 00 - Never thought I'd put a Mecha up here did you? Gundam 00 with Celestial being and all the plot twists and sub plots was something I found to be very fun to watch. That and the main protagonist is quite well developed and continues to develop, can't wait for season two!

6. YugiOh! - Don't laugh, I was completely into this anime when I was in middle school. I couldn't get enough of it due to all the melodrama. Lose the duel, lose your soul, it was too easy to get hooked. I didn't like how they drew out lengthy duels, but the constant cliffhangers kept me watching it and I still find it highly entertaining until this day.

7. Full Metal Alchemist - It's a series I can't quite comment on but I did in fact like it and all the intricacies of their society. It gets slow here and there, but it still did a much better job than most other series of conveying a difficult situation as well as troubling ethical dilemmas.

8. Vampire Hunter D: Blood Lust - Those of you who read that stupid novel called "Twilight" about that stupid "romantic vampire" should check this out.

9. Cho-bits - Heh... I don't even want to say why.... redface

10. Elfen Lied - Lots of violence but still a touching story, has a lot more redeeming qualities than most other animes that I have watched that try too hard to be cool.

Worst 10 Animes

10. Wolf's Rain - I just watched this recently, but I just can't stand it. The characters are hard to relate too, and are also very cold towards not only each other but everything in general. That and the ending is horrible, along with the 4 episodes in the middle that's all recap.

9. Pokemon - Characters are annoying, and there's just way too many side stories that get annoying. Some battles are nice, but do not redeem the series.

8. Code Geass R2 - The first series was great, the second series is just ripping my heart out and giving me a headache. It started off good, but the last couple of episodes have just shredded any hope I have for a climactic ending that satisfies.

7. Great Teacher Onizuka - This just does the manga wrong...

6. Monster Rancher - HAHAHAHAHA!!!

5. Tenchi Muyo! - Harem gone wrong... shallow meaningless characters... no real personal development except in one character...

4. Naruto Shippuuden - I just can't stand all the fillers in between... plus it's lost way too much of its charm from the first one. The younger Naruto was much more fun to watch than the now 15 year old Naruto.

3. Digimon - I always thought this series was kind of pathetic since the digital monsters are able to speak and do things on their own... so why the hell are they handicapping them to need the kids "device" to evolve?

2. Gundam SD - Just a disgrace of an anime... Seriously...

1. Beyblade - Do I even need to comment?

I have to say, DBZ and all the other Dragon Ball shows around it are good. Cowboy Bebop I never really got into, but it was a nice anime. Trigun was freaking awesome! Never really got into most of the Gundams. There were two I liked, one where they had to put on a gel and controlled the gundam with their actions and one that was just a little anime. The ladder had a rivetting story line...don't know why...but the former was just amazingly entertaining. As for Full Metal...let's just say I've seen every episode (like 20 times each) and went out to buy the movie. If that doesn't tell you how much of a freak I was for this show, then let me say that if I was a girl I'd probably be in love with one of the Elrichs.

I've seen YugiOh, Pokemon, Digimon, and Monster Rancher...but none of them really did anything for me. Sure, I was big into the first three when I was little (and a bit into MR when it first came out), but they were just little phase things that eventually I pushed them aside and got bored over.

I don't watch animes enough to add much, but I will what I can. I don't remember any more animes I hate seeing as I would have just pushed them aside and forgot about them anyways. Yuyu Hakusho I liked, before I got lost. I miss a few episodes, didn't see the end of the tournament, and suddenly there's a guy who used to be like Kurisaki who's trying to tear the world apart with demons (sorry for the ignorance in the spellings...too lazy to look them up). There was also some show that had the main action on a submarine chasing after a ship filled with monsters that could go underwater and the whole thing was based on a world like this but with monsters...I don't know, but it was good... And if Wolf's Rain was that show where the point was we evolved from wolves and the main characters were wolves who saw each other as humans, it was good for the few episodes I saw but not enough to get that interested in, you know?

I used to love it so much that I would watch it with my brother every single afternoon. That is the greatest anime of all time!!!!!!!!!!! 4laugh

Haha, Deathnote was an awesome series.

I used to be into Digimon right before YuGiOh but quit after the first season because of how stupid it started to get in my opinion.

I just have a lot of dangerous emotions towards it.

I never go a chance to see fist of the north star, what's it about?

Season one of Digimon was awesome. The movie was pretty good too. But I'd have to agree with you, after that it just went down hill. Oh, and I forgot an anime: Bleach! I don't care what anyone says, it's good! At least up until the end of Ichigo taking over the soul society. The whole Bount thing is confusing me...no main story line to follow...but it's still good.

As for the current discussion: Screw your Goku, Brolly would kill him in a heart beat! Only thing saving him is the fact Goku always slips away by a cheap shot.

Broly wasn't part of the anime canon. It was just a separate movie altogether...

Sunabozo (Dessert Punk) and Cowboy Beebop tie for first in my mind however if you count movies Akiria will never be defeated. (even if DeCrapio makes his own hidiuse bastardization of it in order to try and destroy its reputation)

True, but then what about the movies that do go with the story line like when Garlic Jr. came over the first time? The movies fit in somewhere...you just need to figure out where... ninja
