This RP is known as the .Hack RP. In this RP, you will create a character from the list of classes below, only curtain people who have approved with me can make a character that isn’t of the listed classes, if you want a character like that PM me the character an I will confirm if it is ok, you are allowed a total of two characters. In the RP, I will be known as an Announcer (Ex: Dan: Dan attacked the pumpkin monster, slashing it in half, ME: Pumpkin Monster was defeated, Dan gained 50 exp. Pumpkin monster dropped a clever and 50 gold). That is how that will work, if you have questions PM me. Your character you create must start out at level one, unless you have a character that works for the CC Corp. Then your character may be allowed to be a higher level. Note: if you have a character that is a CC Corp character then you are not allowed to engage battle on anything, your character will only be allowed to kill hackers, glitches, and PKers (Player Killers).

Before reading the character list you must agree to the rules:
1. No GOD MODEING
2. No Cyber
3. You can PK someone, but at the risk of an admin (aka CC Corp person) hunting your a** down.
4. Must be a class from the list unless approved by me via PM
5. You may have only two characters.

This is a list of the different Classes you can be, any questions PM me or Skiar:

Twin Blade: A Character Class similar to the original Twin Blade in The World, though this Class may utilize two longer edged blades.

Edge Punisher: A character class that uses two-handed heavy weapons to fight, usually broadswords, similar to a Heavy Blade in The World.

Lord Partizan: A Character Class that utilizes various pole-arm weapons, similar to a Long Arm in The World.

Blade Brandier: A character class that uses a one-handed sword or a dagger to fight. They are swift, agile, accurate, and similar to a Blademaster in The World.

Macabre Dancer: This unique character class uses a pair of sharp fans as weapons and fights with a fluid dancing motion, they are known in The World R:2 as 'Flowers of the Battlefield'. Macabre Dancers primarily use status magic in battle.

Tribal Grappler: A Character Class that utilizes their fists, claws, feet and various wrestling-type maneuvers to fight. It's similar to the Knuckle Master class in .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet.

Flick Reaper: A rare Character Class that wields scythes or large axes. The stats of this class are very much like the Long Arms, for the class itself excels in speed and strength, but lessens in defense. They are designed for sweeping attacks, meant to literally "flick" enemies away before they can get within attacking range. Of course, a Steam Gunner or Lord Partizan could get at them easily.

Harvest Cleric: A Character Class that use staffs and specializes in defensive and healing magic instead of direct fighting. Similar to a Wavemaster in The World. This class focuses on support magic

Shadow Warlock: Also similar to a Wavemaster, the Shadow Warlock is a Character Class in which the character uses offensive magic, powered by a large spellbook, instead of physical attacks to defeat the opponent

Steam Gunner: A Character Class that uses a rifle with a sword-like bayonet running the length of it. This class specialises in both long-range and close-quarter fighting

Adept Rogue
A rare Character Class which utilizes multiple weapons, and various skills. Adept Rogues have the unique ability to use up to three varieties of weapons, which they select while creating their character using a point allocation system. The player is given 4 points and must distribute them between the desired Classes. However, they can't use them all from the beginning. At first, they can only use the first weapon type; the others are sealed. By completing exclusive quests, these abilities are released, and the character's appearance changes (an example of this is how heavily Haseo's appearance has changed by the //G.U. game). This is the Adept Rogue's "Job Extend" ability. However, the downside to being an Adept Rogue is the slower job levelling and the slightly different stats. For example, a Level 10 Twin Blade is a better fighter than a Level 10 Adept Rogue with Twin Blade weapons.(This is because an Adept Rogue generally uses different types of weapons more than another, and so, their skill isn't as high as a player with just one class.) At most an Adept Rogue can only have access to three classes;

The "true power" of the Adept Rogue, Job Extend quests are limited-time quests in which an Adept Rogue may acquire his or her next form. One form the quests have taken is as a challenging solo dungeon where the Adept Rogue must not only fend for his or her self, but also solve a puzzle hidden in the dungeon itself. Another is one that can only be completed with the help of friends; if the Rogue opens the chest at the Beast Statue by himself, the item is vaporized. It must be opened by the full party. Although fully-extended Adept Rogues are allotted three jobs, their job levels raise much more slowly than any other class. Thus, a level 20 Shadow Warlock will have access to more skills than a level 20 Adept Rogue with Shadow Warlock as his or her only unlocked job. However, although progression is slower, a fully leveled Adept Rogue has access to more skills than any single class, and is very useful as a "jack of all trades". An Adept Rogue's stats are very balanced and independent of their chosen Jobs. Because of this, an Adept Rogue is generally "mediocre at everything", instead of being highly specialized like the other classes.

Style: Waiting for the first strike, countering and letting lose a flurry of attacks to begin the match. From there on he stays on the defense and observes his opponent’s fighting style before letting loose his next barrage.

Skills

Passive Skills

Counter: The kickboxer isn't limited in moves, and their attacks are hard to block. However, weapon users can only do so much, while their attacks can be blocked. By blocking an attack and taking a little more damage, a kickboxer can counter attack their opponent right away and then follow with normal attacks. (Basically they get a increase in attack moves)

Attack Increase: Even though they are considered light armor users, their attacks can be of the same strength when compared to a heavy blade.

Agility: Their evasion can be compared to that of a Twin Blader, along with their speed.

Hand to hand combat: Every 6 levels a kickboxer gets and extra attack until they reach their max of 8 attacks per turn.

Double Edged Sword: The user equips a blade with a double bladed edge, this passive skill allows you to use that blade to up your strength and agility, but also weakens defensive moves. Also it cannot pivot or dodge attacks which leaves the enemy fully capable of moving out of the way and attacking a weak point.

Raging Will: If the Talisman is attacked several times to the point of death, his character glows a bright red color almost the color of fire. This skill allows the Talis man to up Attack, and agility if in a pinched situation and will continue until either the enemy dies or the Talisman's life force gives out.

Active Skills

Dance of the Twilight: Seen as a 'dance' by the fast moving attacks done by the kickboxer. It may seem as if they're break dancing, punching here and there before doing a falling spin kick, and acting like a top after that. This skill is very strong and almost impossible to avoid for the speed set in with it. It also displays the two attributes of Light and Dark, doing added damage to those opposite of it. [SP Cost: 15]

It took a few moments after the registration and editing for his character to take form but afterwards three faint golden rings rose up near the Chaos Gate, revealing the white and blue haired youth. His two breaker type weapons that were classified as odd due to their lack of blades being gripped tightly in his hands rather than on his back.

He took a deep breath, looking around the root town of Mac Anu with a small smile on his face. "It may look different, but it's still the same place... Good old city of water." He looked up briefly before adding "Well, R:2 seems perfectly fine and running. It's good to have The World back... Even if it has changed."

He soon turned looking at the Chaos Gate for a moment.







And no sooner had it taken for him to form and give his brief moment of reminiscence of the good old days he had dissappeared in another trio of golden rings.
