Hey guys... am new to Gaia... wondered how so many people got awesome avatar costumes, they cost like over 50k, i only have 1.6k gold right now =(

There are a lot of ways to make money on gaia. The best way is marketing. This is where you buy a product that is cheap and wait for it to go up then sell it or you buy a product that's being sold for a small amount, and sell it for more. To start out I suggest you do bugs and buy bugs that are at a low cost and sell them bundled such as:
Buy lots seperate crickets for 1 coin (I don't know if that's a good price) and sell them all together for 2x the number (Again I don't know if that's reasonable.) or get 50 and sell them as ink.
As for me, I got a lot of blue box's which are random events that use to give good things and I just kept my stuff. Posting a lot also gets you lots of money.

I did buy some Gaia cash but for the most part... I voted in a lot of polls... posted and played games...
Put together more puzzles than I care to think about! xp

I have been here from 2003 so that is why I have a lot of cool stuff.
What I have found that can get you some good golds is to save up gold for the Evolving Items Buy the fist one before it evolves usually around 35,ooo to 50.ooo then wait for to evolve then it should get up over 100,ooo. But that's a maybe. Ether way eventually it will become more them what you originally got it.
Other then that right now Aquarium Items are good gold right now if you get them in the dailies. Having three other mule accounts helps with that.
If your an artist you can make gold depending how good you are.
Other then that, play a lot of games. Not slots though. It sucks. XD

Yes, i am artist on Photoshop... i usually make signatures or wallpapers, but i am not like pro, lol

I've been around for a while. Bought stuff back in the day when MCs were 4k each, now I can sell them for lots. And I'm a puzzle genius......

I have been a member for a while now. Earned my money through games, posts and selling stuff at the marketplace. It takes a long time for me to get the money together and I spend it really fast. At least here on Gaia I can be an impulse buyer if I have money on me. Some things were Gaia cash, but I have had to cut down on that.

I've been on Gaia for four years now, and mostly I just played the slots & black jack, and would occasionally buy a collectible letter and sell it.

I'm on gaia since summer 2007
my avi costs ca. 500-600k
I check out the 'daily chance' every day and sell most of my stuff, that i don't need. ^-^
I haven't got 'gaia cash'
